It was average for the price

It is was pleasant stay, friendly staff, clean and quiet room. Had a very good sleep.

This was a wonderful hotel. Very clean, staff was friendly and the breakfasts were very good. We had a big family gathering weekend there and the dining/sitting area was big enough to accommodate us. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was perfect! Easy to get to from the I90. Very walkable to restaurants and shopping area. Would highly recommend.

Staff was friendly. The room had a musty odour that set off our allergies. The small towel rack fell off the wall. No pool. I didn’t find this location up to the standard of the Hamptons we have used previously. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was wonderful, as always. I was disappointed at the surprise $10 per day parking fee they automatically charge your credit card upon check out. I contacted the hotel directly and corp office following my visit to let them know that I was not happy about a surprise charge. No one contacted me back. I will say the staff and breakfast were wonderful. The parking fee left us disappointed along with others discussing it at breakfast. We will not return if we need to pay this fee again.

Coffee pot was dusty on top and particals of something where the water goes and they weren't Coffee grinds

Very clean and quiet room with a good breakfast for the traveller.

Our room was cool, well cleaned, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. No complaints. Just a comfortable room and enticing breakfast.

A very nice hotel and location is great. Crocker Park is located across the street. Plenty of stores and restaurants. Parking is free and they include a free breakfast. Staff is professional and very accommodating. This is our third visit to this hotel.

Very clean!

Everything was excellent. The room was clean and comfy. The shower was nice, though I think a bathroom fan would make it even better. Breakfast and the coffee were delicious. We had an issue at about 1:30 am where a noise like an alarm started happening. Like 5 rounds of 5 beeps every ten seconds and then it would stop and happen again 5 minutes later. It took about 20 minutes of waiting for the next round to investigate and discover it was coming from the neighboring room. Once we had that knowledge, we called the front desk. I thought for sur the room must have been empty and that there was no person in it also complaining. The desk associate called us right back and said it was the person's glucose alarm and that they were going to turn it down. I was dumbfounded that the guests in that room had planned on letting it continue, but I know it could not have been comfortable for the hotel employee to call a room at 2am, but they handled it quickly and we were finally able to get some sleep. Not the hotel's fault and the handled it wonderfully.
