Hampton Inn Cleveland-Westlake

Property was maintained. Cleaning staff was very friendly. Front Desk staff was not friendly and acted like customers were an inconvenience.

Too dark to see if it was clean not not.

A quiet useful place to stay on the east side. The gym is nice and the laundry room doesn’t charge.

I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past few years and usually it is a good experience. I was disappointed with our recent stay. The room was clean but we did not have our room cleaned the entire time. I understand that rooms are cleaned every other day but our room was not cleaned on our 2nd day. We had to call for basics like towels and Kleenex etc. Also the hotel is starting to show its age. For instance, elevator buttons on 5th floor had tape holding it to the wall. Finally I understand why hotels raise their rates due to demand but this hotel almost doubled its room rates probably because of the marathon the weekend we stayed. But I don’t think this hotel is worth the amount of money they charged for their accommodations and level of service offered and received.

Clean and reliable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great for a weekend stay. Hotel rooms could use updates, other than that . No issues.

At check in, I was told that the room with a King bed, which was reserved, was not available. A queen was offered instead. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

People were friendly. Bathroom door in room 304 squeaks. And the bathroom door had a hair dryer hung on the back of it which banged every time the door was open or shut. The TV remote worked slowly and the menuing was difficult. Also, they put a $75 charge on my credit card for security reasons. That made me nervous.

Although we only stopped by for the night, the property was quiet and is located conveniently near the highway. Free breakfast was included and even though there wasn’t much variety it made for a convenient grab-and-go breakfast. Highly recommended for travelers.
