Red Roof Inn Cleveland - Westlake

Blood, stains,and hair in the duvet and sheets. Hair in shower too. Absolutely gross. Fridge was unplugged. Never again.

The room was beautiful and very clean

The room remakes of stale smoke. The top bedcover had a stain on it. There was trash here and there on the grounds.

Room needed cleaned- smelled musty, no wash clothes, stains on the bed covering, the chair arms were torn.

The thing I like about Red Roof, and I have stayed at many over four decades, is that they are clean, quiet and comfortable. No more no less. You get exactly what you expect at a reasonable cost. Bottom line: I’ll be back.

Nice, clean room in a lovely part of town.

No amenities. Had to ask for towels in the room. Not even a cookie or banana for breakfast.

Bathroom was filthy

Air conditioning was noisy loud No shower towels Existing towels wears not clean and smells bad We saw one insect on the floor under the tv desk As a conclusion we couldn’t sleep at all

Location was great. Staff were nice. The Bed sheets are so dirty with dog paw prints all over. Front desk brought new sheets to change them out. The staff also took pictures of how bad it was and said they’d notify management. Offered to switch rooms but we were so tired and it was a lot of stuff to move. It was 11pm and we had been so busy all day, and just wanted to sleep. Then we noticed Poop on the toilet seat and dark, long hair all on the bathroom floor. Woke up to shower— Tub is dirty too and there was no shower gel in the pump on the wall. Had to wash with shampoo. Ugh. Talked to front desk woman who didn’t know anything about last night. Such a bad experience.

Cleanliness. Constant police patrolling. Dead bed bugs. Bath didn't drain.

I did not like anything about the property. We left as soon as we walked into the room. It was extremely disappointing, disgusting, dirty, and overall generally unacceptable.

Nothing Everything, very dirty, stains on the beds and shower curtains, the floor wasn’t clean and the room had a weird smell. There was also a knife left on the bathroom floor.

Lamentable mente todo muy sucio y un olor muy desagradable no esperaba eso de ese lugar la nadita afuera todo muy desgradable y pagué un monto por canselacion y no me an renbolsado mi dinero esa fue una muy mala experiencia.

Location , hot water and good shower head. Needs upkeep. Paint, peeling walls and ceiling. Missing section of baseboard in bathroom, difficult soap dispenser by sink. Missing bathtub plug. No bottled water as advertised.
