The location was perfect for the purpose of my visit to Fort Lauderdale. It was very convenient and made getting to the places I needed to visit much easier. My main dissatisfaction was with the customer service. I was charged twice for my stay, and despite trying to contact someone to resolve the issue, I have not been able to get a response or any assistance. Being charged twice and then being unable to reach anyone to correct the situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

If you want a clean quiet place to stay with plenty of restaurants near by I definitely would recommend. Bed is comfortable and clean

What stood out the most for us was how helpful the front desk staff was and how they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Great customer service.

We enjoyed our stay overall but paying for parking when you have a dedicated lot that's not shared by nearby businesses seems a bit much. Its the only reason for 4 stars and not 5.

It was superbly and authenticity as it was described to be the staff ,the room, workers and even the guests were friendly caring and respectful the overall of this place was and is to be remembered and recommended if it was a number to summarize it it’ll be a 20 for me

Helpful staff highly responsive when deak is notified. The bathroom shower could use a update but staff and amenities were excellent. Safe neighborhood seemed walkable. Airport is close commute. Paid parking each night only downside.
