No 98 Boutique Hotel

We booked No 98 Boutique hotel weymouth very last minute as we had an issue with our previous hotel, this hotel is located near the clock tower on the front with great sea views. We arrived in the morning and were greeted by the friendly owners Quentin and Claudine who had our room ready earlier then we expected. The hotel had been updated since they took over a year ago. It is modern and fresh. The room had everything we needed including a tower fan, tv, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a excellent cooked breakfast. The owners Quentin and Claudine were a lovely couple who were very helpful and attended to all our needs. When we return to Weymouth we will definitely book here again (if available) Many thanks David and Amanda

Lovely host, fantastic breakfast perfect location. The rooms were clean though not boutique standard was well decorated except for the doors! Same blue as used by the civil service bail hostels. This B&B could be wonderful, if thought a little more on costumer experience. We had to be at an event each morning. But we would have had to forgo a cooked breakfast to be on time. 8.45 was the earliest they could do. Owner friendly but stressed as they were busy. Room not cleaned as no sign to put out to request it being made up. We would book again but they need to consider staffing and just lift it a little. Not worth the high price.

We received a lovely friendly welcome from Quentin, who is a great host. No 98 is in an excellent location on the seafront. Our room was perfect with a sea view and a balcony. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order.

Location brilliant breakfast very good room was very clean but on very top floor weather was vey hot so room hot but fan was provided bed so comfortable Quinton was very welcoming and nothing to much trouble

It was lovely and clean,staff was amazing,location was great.We booked to check in between 15.00/16.00 they rang us at 14.00 and said il room was ready and can go now which again great as we was already in Weymouth. Room was lovely and comfy. The breakfast room looked lovely we didnt stay for breakfast which was included in are place which was amazing but we had kids to get back to and football. Definitely would stay here again. How much ligh came in at 5 a clcok in the morning,black out blinds very much needed. Everything else was great.

Location was perfect right on the front. Lovely views out to the sea. Quentin was super helpful and very flexible about our late arrival. The place was tastefully decorated and the bed really comfortable Nothing

Quentin was a wonderful host, thoughtful and welcoming, he even gave my husband some lemon and ginger teabags as he had a bad cough. The room was perfect for our purposes and the hotel was right on the sea front. Nothing

Lovely room with sea view, comfortable bed, very good location. I was a bit cold in the room (but very warm as soon as I slipped under the duvet).

Superb customer service and breakfast. My son absolutely loved the food and the room and would like to go back. Great location right on the sea front, comfortable, clean and well presented room too. There was nothing not to like
