The couch. •They denied providing us an invoice. •They demand half of the amount, 2 months prior our arrival. •We arrived around 4:30 PM and the accommodation was very dirty from previous guests. •The first thing we noticed was the super dangerous broken deck around the swimming pool area.You can’t even walk on the deck. •We left to give them time to prepare everything and they informed us that they are not using cleaning products instead they only clean with vinegar. •When we returned at the accommodation, the floor was sticky from the vinegar, there were food left in the kitchen sink, there was an awful smell from the vinegar all over the house and all the surfaces were blurry and smudged. It was 31st of December and instead of celebrating with our family we had to clean all over this huge house. The water after we mopped was black and smelly (check the picture) •After we informed the hostess, she asked us not to write a bad review and write only the good things about the accommodation in exchange of a free night. •We had to stay for the first three nights since we have paid in advance and after she demanded to check on my phone that I had video and photo proofs was constantly stepping in the apartment bothering us . •The mattress on the beds are very bad quality and hard to sleep and we all slept on the couch, which is the only good thing in the house.

Absolutely wonderful luxury villa in the hills of Les Canelles! Highly recommended, a beautiful property set in beautiful gardens. Very comfortable and homely. Monique is a wonderful host.

Wonderful stay for our family at Isla! The attention to detail and extra special care was much appreciated The apartment was spotless and very spacious. Also having use of the sparkling pool in a peaceful location made it so enjoyable. We will definitely return and thank you to Monique, highly recommended

A beautiful, pleasant holiday home, with very nice views, clean and safe surroundings. The apartment is perfect for a family or a bigger party. Having a swimming pool worked perfect to keep the kids busy. Our host Pemma was amazing in tending to our needs and helping out with any issues. The owner Monique was really helpful in planning our arrival and helping us get a hired car. Great place if you are looking for a self-catering accommodation!
