Nothing Their attitude and they stole my money. I booked online and paid online to which I was then told they wouldn’t let me stay the reason was not given and I never got my $80 back. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you do don’t pay until you’re on the property cause they’ll steal from you and have an attitude while doing it

The room was a good size and was clean. Things were quiet. The front desk was nice and cooperative. There was a very slight smell around the bathroom sink that indicated that something might need a little attention there.

Unfortunately it looked like they hadn’t deep cleaned their rooms in months. Thick layers of dust, rust on metal in the bathroom. Smelled like mold. Outdated and the pictures were FALSE advertisement. Also many other guests complained about the lack of cleanliness

From the moment I checked in, the room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. During my stay, I encountered multiple roaches, centipedes, and water bugs in the room. To make matters worse, the bathroom ceiling developed a leak. When I reported the leak to management, I expected to be moved to one of the several available rooms. Instead, I was asked to leave the property. No effort was made to accommodate me, offer a room change, or provide any type of discount for the inconvenience. The owner’s wife was especially rude and dismissive throughout the interaction, and my concerns seemed to fall on deaf ears. While the nightly rates may seem affordable, in my experience, you get exactly what you pay for. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you’re traveling for work or expect basic cleanliness and customer service. I’d recommend looking elsewhere, such as Howard Johnson or another motel nearby, where you’ll likely find cleaner accommodations and better customer service for a similar price. 0/10 — I would not stay here again.

Full of roaches. They were pouring out of the bathroom vent

Does not understand Ada or the concept of service animals. Someone should give them a dictionary and remind them they will be sued for refusing service to a handicapped person w/ a service dog.

How close it was to Busch Gardens and many restaurants. The fact that the people that actually live in that hotel( I'm assuming they live there) or rent every night smokes outside their door and the smoke seaps in the other rooms and that I believe I heard a train a few times. The room is really in my opinion outdated and the beds are really hard. Make sure to bring a pillow top mattress cover and some extra pillows to include bed bug spray to be on the safe side because my room hadn't obviously been dusted in months. Overall, good for the price and convenience to other places.

After searching for over three hours late at night for a decent place to sleep, finding this inn was an absolute lifesaver. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and immediately put us at ease after a stressful night. He told us that while the property isn't luxurious, they pride themselves on being clean and organized—and he wasn't lying! The room was spotless, tidy, and everything we needed. Yes, the furnishings are a bit outdated and worn, but the exceptional cleanliness and genuine hospitality made up for it completely. If you just need a clean, reliable, and welcoming place to lay your head, I highly recommend this spot. We are so grateful!
