We weren’t here for very long, it was just a place to sleep on our drive back home but the front desk employee was very nice and welcoming. Room was clean, free breakfast at 6am. Perfect for what we needed. Also, free ev charger in parking lot was extremely helpful.

One of the best Wyndham hotels at that price point that I've ever stayed at. And in gorgeous historical Colonial Williamsburg, within shortest driving (even walking!) distance of so much to eat and do and enjoy...like the famous Busch Gardens...it's a location as ideal as it is unique!

The staff was friendly and made check in and check out easy. The guests were quite loud and you could hear them shouting in other rooms, as well as in the hallway. The room was a decent size and in good condition, however, the bathroom was in less than ideal condition. The shower floor was chipping badly and the tiles around the faucet were caving in, and the shower curtain and mirror had ominous stains on them (white stuff). The corners of the bathroom were also filthy. The breakfast area was very overcrowded with little available seating. The breakfast included coffee, juice, yogurt, toast, waffles, sausage links, and powdered eggs.

Clean overall but the rooms could use better air quality.

Stayed 5 nights with my 11 year old son. Hotel is family and kid friendly, room was clean and spacious with mini refrigerator and microwave. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Pool area was nice and clean with seats and pool towels available to use. Breakfast was good. All five days they had waffle makers available, scrambled eggs, sausage links, 2 types of cereal, yogurt cups, toast, and juice. They had a fancy coffee machine that did lattes, cappuccinos, coffee etc. but in my personal opinion the coffee out of the machine wasn’t good. I was so happy on the last 2 mornings when the machine was out of order and they had normal coffee available. Laundry room was clean and well kept. I used it twice during my stay. $3 to wash $3 to dry, quarters or they have a pay app you can use. Hotel is convenient location to many attractions, stores, and food. Would stay again if I’m in the area and recommend as a great choice to stay with kids.

But they are not maintaining the property. We have noticed People smoking drugs in the hotel and parking lot. And last year one ev charger stopped working now there's two. It's a simple job to restore the universe char6s but I can't seem to get a response from the property management. Last year I offered to help for free but no response. If you plan on staying here don't plan on charging And unless you are okay with what people do in the parking lot near your kids maybe go to the next place.or call the cops. And report DUI live in Williamsburg They are close by giving out tickets to speeders just out on the front street a lot.

Location was good Breakfast was the same everyday and sausage was dry and hard, eggs could be bounced off the ground. No water pressure or warm water in bathroom, fridge was freezing everything, showering curtain falling off wall, hallways smelled mildew and musty.

The breakfast is always a plus. It was good. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I did have some trouble getting the shower to cut on but finally got it and getting the curling iron to work. My son got that for me. I like the new carts for luggage and everyone was nice. I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained overall, and I had no complaints about my stay. The only thing that stood out to me was the paint chipping in the bathtub. As someone who works blue collar, I naturally notice things like that, and it was hard for me to overlook. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The room was moderately upgraded but I’ve stayed at better Wyndham hotels. Upon check in the young lady at the front desk was not welcoming or informative. My room was damp, smelled like mildew & obvious mold growing on the ceiling. I requested extra towels & wash clothes & I was told that they did not have wash clothes they ran out. I did not use the WiFi & I did not eat breakfast here. The room was also a little dirty so of course I brought my own disinfectant to clean it down myself.
