Springhill Suites by Marriott Williamsburg

Housekeeping is nearly non existent we had to go get shampoo one night conditioner another and then you guessed it body wash another day. Also didn't get towels multiple times along with having to go to front desk for toilet paper that housekeeping didn't refill either trash wasn't emptied in room towels were just tossed onto the couch one evening and their was a chunk of carpet in the room that was missing about the size of a grapefruit.

Breakfast had a good variety. Could have been better if they would have had refreshment drinks the second night we stayed. The first night was great on that but the hot tub was cold the first night. The second night we didn’t have drinks available but the hot tub was very hot. We had to ask for new towels after we all showered. Then we were charged $38 on top of our stay price because of insurance reasons.

Good hotel in a convenient location

Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. 2 Adults 2 children traveling for some family fun and enough space for all in a 2 bedroom with couch and trundle bed. Also appreciated the convenience of having a refrigerator/freezer and microwave in the room. Hotel was in a nice location close to plenty of restaurants, mini golf, outlets, Busch Gardens and Water Country.

Breakfast was decent and the amenities were a plus. They offered free ice cream in the evenings which was a nice touch. My room floor was dirty. It looked as if house keeping didn’t move anything, just vacuum around and my room door wouldn’t close or lock properly. Two staff looked at it and didn’t fix, just showed us how to rig it. Kind of disturbing and we felt unsafe.

Clean room, courteous staff, air conditioning was great, breakfast was good (kudos to the staff there keeping everything stocked) Will stay again!!

CLEAN!!! I was so happy to find this hotel after the recent stays that we’ve had on this vacation. We had 5 traveling (2 adults and 3 teens) so finding a suite big enough was difficult to find. Finding one that was clean was even worse. This hotel smelled clean from the get go. Our room was spotless and extremely roomy. Even the pull out couch/trundle was clean and comfortable. This is going to be our stop every year on our way to the beach.

My family had a wonderful time. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with many choices of foods, for breakfast. The climate control in our room was comfortable

Everything was great except the toilet was to low

The pull out couch is actually a trundle bed.

My only complaints are the room lighting being a little too dim (no overheads; I was on the first floor so I didn't want to open the curtains) and the shower curtain being short, so water ended up spraying on the floor more often than not.
