Great breakfast With lots of choices.

The air conditioning was fairly good because of the humid, moist atmosphere in the room and the entire 3rd floor. No ventilation in the bathroom and nothing would dry in the room even the bed felt cold and wet.

I hated it everything was terrible.

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, nice amenities, cold AC and breakfast was pretty good.

Location, room was nice and big. Breakfast had lots of options I requested a pack and play and got notification through Booking that my request was approved. The pack n play was not in our room when we checked in and we went down to ask for it and they only have one (that’s ridiculous) and it was already taken for the night. We requested it the next day and still it was not available. If I knew the approved request would not have be granted, we could have brought our own pack n play and everyone would have slept better.

Staff was available and friendly. Bathroom cleanliness was a concern, as the bath mat had brown dirt all over it. The bathroom drain was also worn and malfunctioning. In the room, there were random squares cut out in the wallpaper, which took away from the aesthetic. While the room itself was cool, the hallways were hot. Besides those things, the location was very convenient, as it is close to Water Country and is surrounded by many restaurants. The breakfast was also a plus.

Not impressed with this hotel. We checked in and went to the first room. It had a strong odor of mildew. So we went back down to the desk and did get a new room. Bed was clean but not that comfortable and pillows were thin like paper. Took the kids to go to the indoor pool and it is unbearably hot in there. My son who has asthma could not even breathe in the room and all the parents ended up standing outside and watching through the door window. Multiple parents went to the front desk to complain and they said that it is a pool/spa and that is part of the “spa” experience and that usually people only stay for 20-25 minutes. I have never heard this before and they actually had some type of machine in the corner of the pool area pumping heat into the pool room. Breakfast was terrible. Food was cold even though it was dishes to keep them warm. Location was nice but won’t be returning to this location.

The property features 24 hour coffee , a large free breakfast with many options. The staff welcomed us upon entry. Our romm was very clean and comfortable. The proerty offered room service ( but we didnnot get any). The pool was indoors but did not look like where id like to swin so we skipped . Overalls good experience. Will Return. The pool left much to be desired

We liked that there was a hot breakfast not just a bunch of cold pastries. I also loved that you could get hot coffee anytime. My son absolutely loved the link sausage. There could’ve definitely been a little bit more variety of items on the buffet day-to-day. We were there for three days. It was the same items every day. My son was very disappointed that there was no bacon. The last morning we were there they ran out of the link sausage and that was my son‘s favorite since they didn’t have bacon.

The breakfast was good and it was close to restaurants and William and Mary.

We had an issue with the a/c leaking and leaving the floor wet. We were quickly moved to a different room.

Overall fine . The location is great as I was able to walk to eateries in the area .

Very good breakfast and coffee too.
