Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Williamsburg

It was mostly clean and had a huge breakfast selection including fresh fruit. Nice, fluffy towels. I reserved a king room but was given a double. I was willing to overlook that but then there was no maid service. No fresh towels even. No safe in the room and big signs saying they aren’t responsible for valuables left. The room was just humid. No bathroom fan and just endlessly humid.

This property was everything we hoped it would be. The fitness center was an added bonus, especially because the breakfast was so delicious and sumptuous! I don't think we have ever seen such a spread for breakfast at any other facility. The handicapped parking for main building was a little sparse, especially at night, although there were other of those spots further down at the other building. Help was extremely pleasant; even the breakfast people, who were working very diligent keeping up with the week-end crowd. The room was nice, although nothing really out of the ordinary. I would definitely recommend this property.

The staff were wonderful, but the facility itself was in need of an overhaul. The hotel smelled awful. I walked in our room barefoot and the bottom of my feet got dirty. The building interior just needs a complete overhaul/renovation.

Convenient Cleanliness

Room was clean and smell good and the staff were so friendly and make us feel very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone, breakfast was excellent. I had a very good time. Parking was crowded at night, I still was satisfied.

Breakfast was limited,ie, powered eggs, regular coffee, processed meat.

Breakfast was acceptable ... all the standards plus nice fruit ... disappointed that the oatmeal wasn't ready 'cause it looked good. Oh, well.

The location is great and the property is clean. The staff at the front desk were rude and uninterested in checking anyone in.
