Attentive staff and clean facilities

The beds were very uncomfortable they were lumpy and the pillows were also Lumpy. Didn't get a good night's sleep my back is killing me and the staff could have been a lot nicer

The breakfast was not sufficient enough and the pillows were terrible other than that everything else was acceptable

Nice smelling toiletries, nice hot shower, quiet, nice TV, gym, felt safe, almost blackout curtains Unfriendly and somber evening front desk staff, grime around the exterior of the shower, one shower door didn’t close all the way, no hair conditioner, sink faucet installed backwards, no in-room coffee machine, somewhat dingy looking towels, extremely bare bones breakfast, room smelled a bit stale, pillows flat and mattress a little sunken

Comfortable beds and clean showers The rep from Booking.com described the room as a king bed SEPARATE from the pull out sofa and when we arrived we were told there are no rooms as such. It is a bit deceiving in the description of the room and should be listed as KING BED with pullout sofabed in same room.

Cleanliness & Housekeeping: The bed covering and sheets looked used. There was a stain on the bed covering which I was able to remove with a washcloth. I asked for a replacement but never received it. There was no toilet paper. The cleaning staff did not replace used towels. Cleanliness is our top priority so I probably wouldn't stay here again.

This was our second stay in a Spark by Hilton and although not luxury this hotel was simple, modern, and clean. We did not get to use the pool or fitness center this time, but the other amenities were just fine for our needs. The staff was friendly and rooms clean upon check-in.

Very clean and comfortable room. Saltwater pool. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall location was great staff friendly and polite. Upon checking I was given key card and off I went not knowing what direction to find elevator or rooms. Would like to see staff guide guests when checking in. Maybe oversight but should be part of standard check-in procedures. Aside from this minor issue I would definitely stay here again.

Updated The ac unit cut off on middle of night then resumed all thru the night /on-off-on-off They think they are acing energy but setting it and leaving it is better.

Great spot to stay for our trip to Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Jamestown. No complaints....everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely come back for future stays.
