Friendliness We were informed that there wouldn’t be housekeeping services & had to request the bed be made & the sheets be changed while the bed was made(only once for our entire stay) the sheets were never changed!

Somewhat dated but clean property with good location. Hall carpets need replaced. Friendly staff.

Pool area wasnt the greatest. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Didn't stay for the breakfast Overall the hotel needs modernising.

The breakfast looks soooo good. The set up was on point☺️

The staff was very helpful. My only real complaint is the handle to turn on the shower was so stiff it took two hands just to turn it on. Maintenance looked at it but would have to remove it completely to rebuild it or replace it. There were no other rooms available in which to be relocated because all rooms were full.

The only negative thing I have to say is that there is no ice machince on the third floor.

The room, amenities, and price were nice. The person who checked me in, I think his name was Andre, was rude and infuriated me with his lack of positivity and helpfulness. Instead of suggestions for what I could do, with a difficult check in, he was all about what I couldn't do. I will admit that due to a stressful situation before I arrived, I let his attitude affect me and lost my cool embarrassingly. In this regard, he remained the cooler of the two heads but his own disregard of my check in situation only added to my burden. Thankfully, I remembered a way to resolve the problem myself. During our stay, the toilet became clogged. The front desk was NOT helpful in this situation and my daughter ended up requesting a plunger. Overall, the staff member was by far the worst part of the stay because toilets get clogged. Yet, a negative attitude and adapting a lazy, do as little as possible, demeanor was within their control.

Good experience! Although it was less expensive than some of the surrounding hotels, it was a quality stay. Clean, up to date, nice staff and good quiet location

The room was cleaned and very roomy the staff was very helpful, the breakfast wasn't bad and the parking was good, the location was excellent.

The manager on duty was extremely rude and unrealistically unreasonable. He threatened to call the police on my children and I because we asked for 15 minutes to checkout past agreed checkout time after staying for 5 nights... The food was also poor

Beds were super comfy, a/c worked great, very clean facility overall, pool needed cleaning. Staff were great and greeted us each time we passed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel was pretty close to everywhere we wanted to go. Overall, a very good experience.

Exceptional

The easy check-in process was appreciated. Although a walk-in shower would have been a welcome addition to the handicap-accessible room I requested, the room itself was still very nice. I like everything and the only thing is I wish it had a walk-in shower in my handicap-accessible room.
