At first I had a doubt because this hotel was cheaper compared to others around the area. I was wrong, it looks like they just renovated the place. the staff were friendly. Location is perfect. Definitely will book again.

The room was fantastic and definitely recommend this hotel. All the staff were friendly.

Clean quiet spacious room. Very respectful and courteous staff. Easy ample free on-site parking. Nice well stocked complementary breakfast buffet. Walking distance to restaurants. Convenient location near historic Yorktown, Jamestown and Williamsburg.

Free breakfast was good. Coffee, tea and ice water available free all day was convenient. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was updated and clean. Channel guide available in the room was helpful. There were multiple outlets on the nightstand. Food options were a short drive away

When you walk in the first thing you notice is how nice the lobby is! Rooms were clean, stocked and comfortable. Pool is nice too. Front desk staff was always nice and helpful, as was the breakfast and cleaning crew - delightful people really. Hotel location is great, close to so many things. Mini golf down the street, ice cream close by, many attractions and things to do are an easy drive from this hotel. Gym is tiny, could be better and the breakfast was not very good either. WiFi throughout the hotel was probably the biggest disappointment. We had issues the entire time on our phones and computers. Either getting kicked off or the connection was poor. Would stay again for the service, price, cleanliness and location.

I really like the modern and unique decor as it was very different from other Comfort Inn hotels, and it was quite upscale. I had room 207, which was upstairs and close to the lobby, it was quiet, and had a nice view of the pool. The beds were extremely comfortable, 4 pillows on each queen bed (2), the room was clean, everything worked, and was in good condition. Ice cold AC and refrigerator too! The water pressure was good and there was plenty of towels. I did find the bathroom somewhat cramped though. Soda machines for a 20oz bottle was a reasonable two dollars. Breakfast was standard Comfort Inn offerings, with eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc. First morning was sausage and I was pleased to see Bacon on the second morning! Only dislike was there was only orange or apple juice to choose from. The breakfast area itself was spacious, plenty of tables, and modern! I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property! It was only 10-15 minutes from Busch Gardens, the reason for my stay!

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. The staff was extra helpful at check in. I would definitely stay here again.

Good, in general

I was staying on the first floor. People were smoking in the room above me. This is a nonsmoking hotel. I alerted the front desk three times and nothing was done. We had to check out and get another hotel at 11:45pm with two children. I was told to “take it up with Expedia” when I refused to pay for the night. I am not one to write reviews but this was such a terrible experience. Don’t stay here.

Sinceramente es una pena que hable con el servicio de expedía, y del hotel porque a mis suegros les pareció incómoda la cama, y no tuvieron la gentileza de cambiarlos de habitación, lo único que les dijeron fue que todas las camas estaban iguales y que si querían que hablaran con expedía para ver si les devolvían parte del dinero invertido, yo escribí al hotel y me contestaron hasta que ya la dos noches se habían completado, de que me sirve hasta que lo hagan si ya no se puede hacer nada , sinceramente decepciona que ante un inconveniente así no puedan dar una solución

Room was very clean, water pressure was one of the best ever, front desk was friendly and helpful, breakfast was acceptable but could have been more than eggs, bacon yogurt and pastry options

We had the best time, the rooms were very clean, it was very nice and quiet the whole time we were there, me and my family will definitely come back here

We will definitely recommend this hotel for family budget like us.

Great location, clean and comfy beds and pillows. Picked it for the price but was a little nervous. I would have. It was more comfy and better breakfast than one we paid double the night before!
