Most everything was tolerable despite being in poor condition in the room, but the staff for the breakfast room was rude and not helpful when simple things like a refill of the coffee dispenser was requested.

Check your bed before you decide to go to sleep

Very pleasant and property was very clean
-
Was disappointed that the hot tub was green and could not be used and only 2 options for breakfast but A+ on convenience

I paid for what I got, we needed at place to stop and rest in our road trip. But it was a cheap hotel, if you need a last minute thing this can make it if you are not very picky or if you are in a budget

The hotel needs updated. The small bathroom was to small the pictures and mirror was not straight. The carpet looks like something out of a 1980 movie. Breakfast was toast bagels and cold cereal. It was dark looked like the lights were not on. It served our needs. I requested an ADA room they said they had none available, in turn probably had none.

The room could definitely use some maintenance, and the mattress should have been replaced some time ago. Not much of a breakfast selection.

Glad to see fresh fruit was an option for breakfast, but otherwise the options were sad. One thing of eggs and bacon or sausage would go a long way rather than sugary cereal and toast/bagels. I knew this hotel was on the cheaper side, but it needs some major maintenance. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, the carpet and corners/edges by the walls gave a hint that the floors haven’t been vacuumed or washed in who knows how long, sheets had stains, etc. Besides that, the whole time we were there, coming off the elevator we got hit with the smell of weed and it lingered almost all the way down to our room. We have a toddler so that was frustrating.

The Room was not as advertised. The photos were not the same as the rooms. The Rooms were old looking, light fixtures did not work or like in the bathroom missing. the Rugs were dirty. I had two rooms, which i paid for and if i could have left I would have. The other room was missing lights, and the shower pressure was extremely weak. I went with 7 people. 4 children and 3 Adults. I was extremely disappointed. The Room was not as advertised. The photos were not the same as the rooms. The pools were ok Almost everything was broken in our room, the staff were rude and unhelpful, there were multiple roaches found in our room, nothing was fixed or clean even after we asked the staff, the breakfast was terrible and most food was gone before 9:30, the pools are listed on the website and on signage to close at 10 yet the staff kicked us out at 9 and when we brought the signage to their attention they rudely told us they didn’t care and to get out, the ac didn’t work in some rooms, the temperature wasn’t regulated in the hottub so many of us got extremely dizzy after only being in for less than 5 minutes, and when speaking to other guests they were all unhappy with their stay.
