Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg-Central

Had an inside/outdoor pool, ice machine on each floor. Very clean & spacious.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Breafast area clean . Pillows flat as pancakes. Every Hampton Inn I have stayed at before had great pillows. Bathrooms need to be updated, need to ne more senior friendly.

It was clean, new/modern, room was very spacious, breakfast included, indoor and outdoor pool. Location was perfect because not on the busy road with all the stores and restaurants. I liked it being tucked away around the corner from the busy road. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for the complimentary water too. The ac seemed to be not working well on 2nd floor hallways . There is a huge dip at the entrance/exit to get in and out of hotel. You have to be careful with your car. I don’t like that guess we’re smoking at the outdoor pool. Not sure if smoking is allowed but it shouldn’t be. That ruined my relaxing by the pool. Maybe more safe air freshener in lobby and hallways because it is a dog friendly hotel.

Rooms are starting to show wear/age. But still very comfortable. The shower was the only issue. Weak water pressure and scalding hot; lack of temperature control. Easy check/in and out.

This is the second time or second year in a row me and my family visited Williamsburg for Busch Gardens and this is the second time in a row that we stay here at the Hampton Inn. It was a great stay. A breakfast was good like it was last year was clean and peaceful. Our family enjoyed our stay

The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us some excellent restaurant suggestions. The location was absolutely fantastic and central to all the places we were visiting on this trip. I can't say that there was a thing we really didn't like.

It was good Fire alarm going off after getting in so late and it was a false alarm. Won’t never forget that memory!
