Comfortable and relaxing

Conveniently located by restaurants and stores, as well as my intended location. It had a used wash cloth hanging in the bathroom and almost empty toilet paper rolls, so it just gave unclean, no sparkle bucket at this point.

Pleasant

The pictures advertised online are incredibly misleading. The actual room was dirty, unsanitary, poorly maintained, and absolutely nothing like the photos.

We did not notice until we heard screaming and noticed someone getting arrested just outside our room, but the sheets had blood stains and the mattress had what would likely be urine stains or maybe even blood. Don’t stay in room 151.

The property is close to a lot of things - really good location - restaurants and activities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place itself was poorly kept - the pool area had old food containers around despite signage - the room was unclean and smelled of smoke, the bathrooms especially need a solid scrubbing and in general needed a lot of upkeep. It has the potential to be a great place if attention to that stuff was made.

Big room, nice beds good location two tvs, two bathrooms It had no coffee maker and breakfast was not provided based on the information from the site.

Great location and very helpful staff. No elevator but they gave us a first floor room since my partner has physical challenges.

Nothing Everything

It was a good location. It was pretty close to a lot of things which was good. The bed was comfortable. It was very outdated. The website said they had breakfast included which they did not. The ice machine did not work. The bathroom was not very clean lots of dust door to the room looked like there was blood or something on it. No coffee pot in the room.

No maid service, couldn't get wash clothes, mold in the bath tub, all 3 clerks that I had dealings with were rude and didn't care. Only came to room once to get trash. It is more like a live in hotel, they care more about the weekly or monthly tenants. Asked for 2 double beds and got 2 full beds. No breakfast as advertised. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat, asked for extra pillows, was told I could have them the next day, never got them. No coffee maker in the room as advertised. The fridge was iced over and couldn't be used. Nothing at all

Nothing! I ended up moving to another hotel in the area. Didn't stay long enough to take photos. Upon arrival stood at check-in counter for over 10 minutes awaiting service. No one was in sight. The room smelled and was extremely dirty. The atmosphere of it made my skin crawl. The sheets were halfway on the bed. There was a large gap under the door so anything could crawl into the room from outside. The extra security bolt on the door did not work. Should have been weary when upon arrival the parking lot was full of police cars. Never again. I counted the money a loss. Definitely not a good or even okay place to stay.

Room was cleanish but staff was very lazy and unhelpful. Room did not have bedsheets on the sofa bed mattress and there was an old t-shirt left on the mattress. When I called to ask for sheets, they asked me to come down to reception and get the sheets to put on the mattress myself. The room was booked for 5 adults and only came with 2 towels. When I requested 5 towels, we came back to a dirty room and dirty towels, with no extra towels. I went down to reception to get the extra towels and the receptionist asked me to bring the dirty towels down myself. The service here was unacceptable.

When we first walked in you could tell it wasn’t cleaned properly, stains in the bathroom and dirt and grime as well. It says “FREE WI-FI”, be prepared for the WiFi to not work during your stay, along with a tub that didn’t drain. There were also bugs in our room one night and when confronted the front desk there is no compensation they offer besides being offered another dirty room. If you want a hotel that isn’t clean and could possibly have bugs and not a clean space this is the place for you! Most staff were friendly but the one guy confronted about their horrible service.
