The bad: Sorry but, it has to be said. The dampness. Our room felt wet the moment we walked in. The sheets all had that wetness feel to them. Our brochures we picked up at the front desk were drooping after an hour in the room. It was even worse after using the shower since there was no active fan and a vent pointing out into the main suite. I was also disappointed that if I wanted to use the sofa bed, I had to set it up myself, sheets included. Would I stay here again, well... yes I would. There are lots of perks to staying here however, I would want to check the room beforehand to make sure it's not damp.

I must admit after reading the recent reviews I was really skeptical of the location...im not sure what people are complaining about the room was very clean, the kitchen was amply stocked although we did not cook. One thing to note there is not an oven and they do not have airfryers to check out...should have planned my food differently...the breakfast was delicious with a very large amount of choices. Staff was all very friendly and always greeted me. The hallways were quiet for the most part. The pool was great my child made friends and played for about 45 minutes it was nice!. The elevators were slow and creaked but that's my only real negative. Will definitely be back!

Great place. We had booked a 2-bedroom suite. It was ideal for a family with two teenage kids. Everybody liked the room and the hotel overall. I did notice that the standard of Residence Breakfast has declined from what it was many years back when it was my brand of choice for work travel. Overall, still a great experience.

The room size was good ,breakfast was good, staff were extremely nice and it’s very close to restaurants and the parks The properties tub was a little rusty also it was something like a dirt ring but when we spoke to the front desk they stated most of the tubs look like that due to products they use when cleaning it peels the paint,,, also I did see a roach in the living room area and a spider in the bed and they allow pets

10 out of 10 definitely recommen. Staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. I will definitely stay here again for further vacations. Clean room nice pool great basketball court

The room was spacious and perfect for our family size (3 Adults, 2 Kids, 1 Dog). Amenities in the room were excellent, and it was clean. Breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed the free ice cream from 4 - 8pm. The dog fee is ridiculously high in my opinion. Most hotels in my travels charge $25 - $75 for 1 to 2 dogs. This hotel charges $100. I went back and forth between boarding our pup at a local pet resort for slightly less money, or paying the high price to keep him in our room.

Great stay just book it great location helpful staff wonderful breakfast with much variety.

No housekeeping unless you asked for them to clean the room. Had to ask for towels as not enough towels in room. Small trash cans and since housekeeping did not come daily to empty had to take our own trash out. Had to ask for toilet paper

Great staff, super helpful and free ice cream from 4-8 PM. The pool is open from 10 AM until 10 PM and there is a basketball court as well. The room is very comfortable and breakfast is nice! For all standard services the night cost over $300, we find the price excessive. Besides that everything was good, we watched the world cup in our room and had a great time with friends.
