in the bathroom.

Would not recommend this hotel. People lived at this hotel full time. Construction was going on while we were there on Thursday and Friday all day. We left a day early because the hotel smelled musty and of mold. Pillows were flat, mattress was terrible and only had one thin blanket on the bed. Didn’t feel very safe at this hotel.

Said on website that there was free breakfast clerk told us no breakfast. The shower was very confusing and leaked when not on, stains in sheets and carpet out dated rooms nothing like website shows.

No breakfast, although advertised. The attached restaurant had awful food. Ordered oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins. Served with cinnamon, no brown sugar or raisins. Said if I could wait they would run out and get some! Did not charge me for oatmeal. I had coffee. Not clean. Shower, very slippery. Old strips in tub but did not prevent slipping. No cleaning room service. Was told to put my trash cans outside the door to be emptied. I was there 3 days. Would not have stayed but had reserved and could not refund. Also, did not see on description that it was a motel not a hotel. As a woman traveling alone was not happy that door opened outside, Had reserved room poolside. Was on the right side but at very end so pool was not near. Very noisy. People arguing in room next door and TV very loud.

Hotel was under construction during stay. Had to change rooms after check in due to water leak in bathroom. Staff was very kind and sympathetic about changing me to a better room. Walkways and area around pool were torn up and being jack hammered during morning hours. Very noisy! Light bulbs were missing from several lamps. Some were not plugged in. Neighboring guests stood outside my door and loudly talked till 1 am. Curtains on window were damaged and would not close completely to cover window area. I had to use office clips to secure them shut. Tv audio came on at level 89 to blast noisy when you turned it on every time.

The price was good, but I guess we got what we paid for. Humidity in the room made my husband asthma flair up. Humidity also made the floors a bit sticky. We eventually noticed the door wasn't completely sealed at the bottom - light and humidity was coming in through the crack.

They were actively working in renovations, but that didn't bother us. The ice machine didn't work on the second floor. The pool was nice and location was good. However, the floors were dirty. The carpet desperately needs to be cleaned. All of our feet were filthy after walking around the carpet for a few hours.

We arrived on check in day about 15 min before check-in the guy behind the desk informed my husband and I that we had to wait till 3pm. We said ok he proceeded to make us wait until 3:20 before he would finally check us in. We didn’t say anything just let it go. We booked a king non smoking room. We entered the room to have it reek of cigarette dirty walls old badly damaged furniture. Bathroom was sadly no better mold cracked tiles toilet seat looked like it was recycled from the trash damage and pain ect. We then see the king bed ugh it was like sleeping on the floor of the floor was broken at the head. We had to sleep in the broken dip for three nights. Worst stay ever loud dirty pictures are more then just misleading they look like a completely different establishment. If it can be avoided I’d definitely stay somewhere else. Highly do not recommend.

No smoking section

They put us into a room next to someone with children. It was an ajoining room. We heard everything that was going on through the door. The children stayed up screaming until about 1:00 to 2am. Once they finally went to sleep the tv was blasting. The carpets was dirty. The beds were smaller then we expected. The bathroom door did not lock if you tried to lock it you will cut your hand because the button you push to lock it was broken. I will never stay there again. We only stayed there to get some rest and rest was something we didn't.

It’s close to downtown Williamsburg They had no extra blankets we had to buy one from Ollie’s store down the street

Showed up and they said we didn’t have reservation after we had paid and told to call Expedia

The room was not cleaned, my little daughter found men's underwear under the bed. Disgusting?
