It was comfortable spacious and had all the comforts of home. Kid friendly pool area and free hot chocolate was a great treat. Great location if you plan on multiple days. Parking seemed challenging some nights but property provided remote overfill parking lot. Close to outlet shopping, restaurants .

Check in was a 1hr 30mins late. The pillows was stained other then that its a nice property

The building is clean enough but walking in we saw bugs. The building looks noticeably old which is a problem given the price 1100 for 5 nights. That said its ckean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the indoor and outdoor pool were very nice. My daughter thought the outdoor pool was a water park. Clean the entrances, repaint inside and replace the carpet. All else works.

We really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t do much but sleep in the condo. We didn’t go to the pool or anything, but there was tons of families out there every day having a blast. I will say the condo we were in was this awful yellow color but it’s not the end of the world, but they should definitely hit it with a coat of white paint some units. I’m sure more updated than others but we had a great time. The beds were comfy rooms were clean. Everybody was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Not receiving a receipt upon leaving the property Not receiving a copy of the receipt as promised via email. Not being reimbursed the $150 that was given for incidentals even though we left the apartment in immaculate condition.

Plenty of space and full kitchen for quick meals. The room was dated and not very clean upon arrival.

Plenty of room, washer and dryer is a mess with a family The stairwell was not very pleasant to be greeted with as it was hot and smelled like smoke. I would advise to ditch the carpet and go with hard surface floors. We only took one vehicle and struggled to ever find a parking spot in our unit.

Efficient check in process

Great staff, everything was super clean. The water park was the icing on the cake for our granddaughter. And the magic show at 8pm was the best.

Location was accessible to Everything. Definitely would stay here again

Staff was very friendly upon arrival. The building smelled so bad it was nauseating. I cannot describe the smell other than it smelled like something decaying through the hall when you walk in and it was all you could smell in the rooms. We arrived late and by then we all just needed sleep as we had to be up early to be back on the road. But the smell was so awful none of us could actually sleep through the night. Parking was an absolute nightmare. It was almost impossible to find a spot anywhere near our room. Definitely not a place I would recommend or return to unfortunately.

Conveniently located. Spacious. Nice kitchen. Parking near our unit became a challenge. It would be nice to have one assigned space.
