The campus was beautiful. Wonderful staff that greeted you when you arrived and helped right away if something needed attention in the unit. Pool and grounds were lovely to walk around. The one room condo was very spacious for our family. Only negative was the mattresses needed to be replaced. They were all hard as a rock.

This place was amazing, clean, everyone was nice. The suite was exceptional, everyone had their own space. It was wonderful, I would definitely recommend it for a family , my granddaughters loved it.

Rooms were amazing, staff was great, pools were clean and fun. My family definitely had a good time!

It was so nice to have a little apartment for our time in Williamsburg. It was nicely located in town, shopping was a breeze, cooking in the room was also a breeze. Our daughter just started at William and Mary college, I'm certain we'll be back.

Location and size of room were worth the price. The inside of the room needs updated. Musty smell which we later discovered was from a leak from the bathroom into the 2 nd bedroom rug. It was wet. The guests didn't even use the bathroom due to the smell. Very disappointed because we have rented at this place on 3 other occasions

While the room was a little dated, everything was clean and incredibly spacious. We had a two bedroom two bath unit with full kitchen and sleeper sofa in the living room and it’s own private deck. I had hoped to use the pool and hot tub, but didn’t get the chance. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

Very good

I liked the location. I had to put my own trash out of the room.
-
Our room that we were given wasn't cleaned at all (checked in at like 8 pm!) So they gave us another room. The pools were hazy. There is no sound buffer from upstairs and it sounded like a herd of elephants above us for hours on end.

Stay here a few times this time louder than usual. Staff always helpful with needs.
