All the included amenities and proximity to the historic district I didn’t like that it was very hard to reach someone by calling the hotel directly. And they absolutely need to tell those with young kids directly that the splash pad closes at dusk and you must press a button in order to start the water if it’s off.

We always love staying here when we visit Williamsburg. Our only wish is for something else at breakfast like sausage patties or bacon.

We love staying at this hotel with kids ages 16-9. It’s close to everything either by walking or car. The splash pad my kids have sadly aged out of but it’s still great to have. We now spend more time at the outdoor ping pong tables and corn hole. We also appreciate the mini golf. The lights don’t work well enough for us to play in the wooded area after dark but it’s nice to have it as an option. We keep saying we are going to bring glow in the dark balls and headlamps and forget. Breakfast is little prepackaged things or cereal, don’t expect a big hot breakfast but it gives you something to get started which we appreciate. Overall for the historic value of the place and having it right at the Williamsburg Welcome Center we enjoy it.

Location to Colonial Williamsburg. Literally a short walk.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Property needs some deferred maintenance as the air-conditioning in the lobby hasn’t been working in over two years.

Very poor
