Elevator from the parking garage to the lobby was not working rendering the hotel inaccessible. Have reviewed thus with hotel. Otherwise this is our go to spot.

I also was charged for breakfast even though I have Gold membership. I will say that speaking to Quincy was a delight. He’s professional, efficient and took care of our situation.

Easy in and out of this hotel, parking garage underneath was helpful. Very nice room with a comfy bed. Nice and quiet too!

Wonderful place to stay I truly enjoyed myself and i will definitely stay again

The elevator from the parking garage to lobby was broken, rooms were a bit dirty. No on answers at the front desk. Expedia says this was 4+ stars, however ta rated under 4 stars on the own Hilton website. I think it's more of a management issue than individual workers.

No idea how this waste my time and money

Staff were wonderful! The bar was great and food was very good. The room was very nice and overall, the entire stay was delightful. The only thing noted that was iffy was the amount of air freshers used. There were overwhelming scents in the hallways and common areas.
-
Dry wall was unfinished in the bathroom ceiling and there were holes in the walls. The entry door had a large gap at the bottom lighting up the room at night. My suggestion is to ask for a room that the renovation has been finished. Not that you should have to do that but it will relieve a lot of frustration.

Very comfortable beds. Entire hotel was spotless.

Hotel was good. Next time I would book directly through hotel and not with Expedia as there was no flexibility in my booking.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and my room was clean. However, there were problems with the electricity that had to be fixed by shutting it off overnight. This resulted in no hot water and no elevator service the next day. I thought we ought to have received a refund on one night's stay, but that didn't happen. We got a free breakfast voucher, which I used, but now I find that my credit card has been charged for that meal anyway, something I'll have to take the time to straighten out. So not a disaster, but not a completely hassle-free experience.

My son and I on an East Coast trip stayed in a Wilmington Delaware property. We really enjoyed it

Very helpful staff, however construction during my stay hindered a more positive review. Though signage notified guest of potential power outages, long-lasting overnight power outage and subsequent hot water failure and elevator usage (elevators were not functional and I had to carry luggage down 5 flights of stairs) provided a less-than-favorable review.

When I checked in, the card reader didn't work. There was a huge electrical outage in the middle of the night - went on for hours. In the morning, there was NO hot water. The elevators did not work, had to walk down many flights of stairs with luggage. Disaster of a hotel. No apologies from the hotel.

location Check in was a shitshow, Arrived at 5 , line was 12 people deep. Stood in line for an hour didn't move at all. They were totally unprepared. People walking by told us it took them 3hrs to check in.They had no idea what room were ready or weren't ,Decide to go eat dinner.Came back 7 to try it check in again , had to send somebody up to room to make sure it was ready. Mind you check in to time was 3. Totally unacceptable from any hotel , i've stayed at hiltons before and have never had any issues.Everybody trying to check in had issues. It was unbelievable

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. They are currently undergoing renovations. The main floor.....lobby, reception and dining areas are beautiful
