Sheraton Suites Wilmington Downtown

Microwave and coffee machine in room did not make anything hot.

Excellent breakfast! Buffet well worth it with fresh brewed coffee served to you! real eggs … not the powdered stuff and plenty of fresh fruits, great bacon and sausages and many choices including yogurts, fresh real oatmeal and more. Only downside is parking garage is an underground nightmare! We found plenty of free street parking! Staff super helpful! My new “go to” for Wilmington

Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean Riding my motorcycle down in the garage. Not safe. The slop goin in is dangerous. The hotel would be excellent if it did slop down.

Clean and very spacious room with excellent amenities. Parking can be a hassle as you navigate very tight spaces. Overall great experience.

I asked the receptionist for a late check out . She said in a rude tone "WE CAN ONLY GRANT YOU A 30 MINUTE LATE CHECK OUT ". I just didn't appreciate the tone of her voice. She should talk to customers with a little more kindness.

The Sheraton Suites Wilmington was the exact opposite; clean, welcoming staff, ease of check in, great location with many dining choices. A definite winner! We could not have been happier.

The amenities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the convenient parking—it’s free after 6:00 p.m. on weekends and reasonably priced during the week. The location is another major highlight. It’s within easy walking distance of everything I needed in downtown Wilmington. Market Street is full of fantastic restaurants, bars, and local eateries, making it the perfect place to explore. Overall, I highly recommend the Sheraton Hotel to anyone visiting Wilmington. I would absolutely stay here again!
