The BLUEBERRY SCONES for breakfast were so tasty! Very spacious and comfortable suite, views slightly marred by a very tall building! Staff were so helpful and friendly (especially Tracey). Great location for what we needed and parking was managed with the “on street” parking - just got to keep an eye on your timings Not much not to like

It was the best part of our trip. The city of Wilmington was dull, deserted and extremely boring))))

Staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good. You have to pay for parking, $24 per 24 hours, or park on the street. Note it's located in downtown Wilmington, which, at least when we stayed there, is deserted at night. There aren't a ton of food choices in the vicinity.
