Quality Inn & Suites Hanes Mall

This property is poorly managed. Upon arrival we were given our keycards, inside the keycard envelope were instructions on how to program our TV. Attempted to follow the instructions but would not work. Picked up the phone to call the front desk, it did not work. Walked to the front desk was told the phones do not work and that they have never worked in the 9 years this person worked there. The front desk person came to our room determined the remote was broken, moved us to another room, where we had to program the TV, this process took about a half an hour loading the channels. Then we found a slip of paper in the room advising us that rooms would only have housekeeping services on the 4th day of our stay, and if towels were needed we had to track down the housekeeping cart between 9am and 2pm. Well we were not at the hotel between those hours so I went to the front desk to get clean towels when we got back and was told sorry they did not have any there. Several spaces labeled ice and vending machines were empty. We will NEVER stay at his hotel again, horribly managed.

Not a place to stay. Weekly or monthly tenants. Hair on the toilet when l got there. Wouldn't recommend!

The hotel wasn’t too clean and the staff was kinda creepy. They charge 100 deposit and it’s not worth it. Don’t get a smoking room cause they are nasty and stink . I’m not ever staying at this place again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Location Broken towel holder. Pool had algae. Breakfast was limited and really bad. Generally run down. Looks like this location will be closed if something is not done soon

As far as hotels go, this place is no luxury. The amenities are middling, rooms generic, and the overall atmosphere is just... eh. But the staff are what really makes a hotel shine, and shine they did. Tom was an excellent host. In every interaction, he went above and beyond to ensure his customers had satisfactory lodgings. He took my concerns seriously and I witnessed him doing the same for others as I passed through the lobby. His exemplary courtesy and calm, cheerful demeanor really brightened my stay. Add to that the clean pool, superb AC, and free parking, and it's definitely a worthwhile lodging. If I had the misfortune to return for similar business, I'd be comfortable staying here again.

Clean linens The pool was closed for breakfast The only thing they had was waffles no cereal no muffins and coffee It was cold and I was told the pool was open but they said they just put chemicals in it and it would take a few days before it got reopened nothing good to say that would help my stay glad I'm not there no more won't go back

Location The bed was not comfortable, the wifi was not working and the tv went out our last night.

Room was horrible. The room next to me had several loud rude kids in it. Once my room was switched as soon as I walked in it was a big cockroach crawling up and down the wall.

The outside of the rooms were bad looking

Close to the hospital. Mold on floor and up the wall, toilet lid that you seat on was broke, toilet on bottom beside tub had urine on it, smelled of pot all day and night it even smelled like pot in the room, comforters were stained, and batteries were dead in tv remote and the front desk worker said they didn’t have new ones to replace dead ones so we had to go buy them.

Cheap place, they also offer weekly rates for the local population there was a bunch of parking lot people

Location and parking Fire detector was off the wall and in a drawer. The toilet was broken we fixed it with a safety pin. The bathroom light flickered and never turned on beyond that. The bed comforter had cigarette burns on it. The chairs had stains and scratches. Not enough outlets. The pool was green. Best thing was the ice machine.
