I love the inviting reception and the cleanliness of the lobby The elavator floors were dirty but not often they did clean them everything else was absolutely wonderful except my bed there was a imprint in the mattress so that made it hard to sleep

Just the location & Gabby was a pleasure! The fact that we changed rooms twice no air & soiled bed sheets. James the manager has yet to call me to discuss what happened , will never go back or recommend anyone to stay here, I think every guest had a dog but me, just not sanitary and that’s my opinion. Glad it was just an overnight stay

This hotel was nothing but an extended stay with all types of people and there children and pets living there. I will never stay at this location again no amenities, no room service for days, and guest are expected to take there own garbage out. No clean towels unless you take them to the office to swap out. No attendant after 8pm all type of traffic living at this hotel I couldn't believe it very sad!! Only good review is the room was clean and hallway clean..

The price and location were good, but the room wasn't clean. I have pictures of a dead bug and its blood on the pillow. The bathtub wasn't clean. My husband called the after-hours number for assistance with the room. He was told someone would call us, but we never heard back.

The staff is always friendly So I stayed here for a month and I had to sleep on a bed with no sheets for a week straight bc they didn't have any clean sheets available. The room i paid for was non smoking but when I checked in it smelt as if someone had chained smoked in it I had to get maintenance to come in spray air freshener and bring a glade plug in. The sleeping on no sheets is unacceptable I slept on a plastic mattress pad. I paid a deposit of $150 without being refunded still haven't been refunded.

Staff is extremely helpful and courteous! Property is well managed with a list of rules that residents must follow. Pet friendly with a number of guests having pets that were under control and cordial. Having a regular sized refrigerator and kitchenette sealed the deal for me. One of the best stays I’ve ever had and will be staying again.

I didn’t stay here because they canceled my reservation I called to inquire about the deposit and was asked if I was in town for the black film festival which I knew nothing about and when I replied no they said great because even though I booked through booking and received a rate I would have to be recharged a higher rate plus a deposit. I thought price gouging was ridiculous due to an event and I wondered if that’s for all events or just for African American events!!! I would never give them a penny of my money

Great value and location but be patient and set realistic expectations. The staff is great and were always kind, friendly and professional. Brooklyn was very helpful with some special requests, Please note that you will need to come prepared for kitchen stovetop that requires induction pots, pans and skillets which were not available during our stay. Overall, I strongly recommend this option mainly because of the staff and its value.

The manager was very rude and unprofessional needs to work on better communication skills.

I bought breakfast from the food truck stationed outside in the parking. Excellent sandwich and coffee! The e my elevator floor was nasty, needed scrubbing.

Im a truck driver after 3 days in the hotel the maneger came and toll me that i cant park my truck there that she will refund me the rest off the week next time tell people before they pay the hotel

Staff was very friendly and the location I felt saved in the room was very clean and comfortable I was charged a room deposit fee which I wasn't I really didn't like that the front desk clerk said it was on the booking site when I booked the room and small print but I don't remember seeing it anywhere on there so I practically paid $190 some dollars for one night and then I was told that it takes 2 to 7 business days to go back on my card.
