Grand Marquis Waterpark Hotel & Suites

Older hotel but great for younger kids. Indoor pool area was less clean than other areas. Construction going on in upper floor. Basic hotel with nice kiddie slides. Doors to the outside were not locked.

The entry is the most modern part of the hotel with a balcony that has a cafeteria. It was closed the entire time we were there. Not that we were expecting breakfast, but it would have been nice to have access so that we didn’t have to eat our meals in our room. The room we had was very dated. There were 3 lights in the main area and no ceiling fan. One tiny can light by the window, back lighting on the bed, and the vanity light. There’s no lamps. The fridge smelled a little funky. The carpeting always felt wet, even when we arrived. There also were flies, but that might just be a time of year thing in this area. I don’t think we’d stay here again, bc we’d prefer something a little more updated.

Its nice for kids to play in and have fun It wasnt worth the price since they only give 4 passes to Noahs ark but I booked for 6 people in total so I had to buy 2 extra passes for $45 not at a discount. Rather go to Mt olympus for the same price and have free waterpark and parking instead of spending double by staying here

Super clean, pools are amazing, perfect for the kids. Staff super friendly.

Plenty of pools and hot tubs to choose from. Rooms were clean but a bit stuffy.

My daughter loved the pool and my son loved the waterpark area I was charged an extra 50 dollars when I checked out because they claimed there were a few stains on the towels I explained to them I have a 2 year old and 10 year old they might have wiped their hands on them or I used it to wipe something up.

It was filthy and very out dated. Weeds, dirty floors, dirty lawn as well as parking lot. I will never stay again

Staff was incredibly helpful & friendly

Our room was not very well cleaned - floor wasn't vacuumed, milk left in mini fridge, questionable stains and glitter on the chairs and blankets, facial hair behind/on sink faucet. We believe cleaning was short-staffed. The staff was accommodating in removing the chairs and milk from the room. Additional towels and shampoo/body wash were hard to come by. Complimentary coffee in lobby but no coffee maker in room. Plastic utensils available when requested.

Great indoor and outdoor pools. Spacious room. The hotel corridor and the adult pool were very dirty. No one cleaned during our three-day stay. There is no kettle in the room.

The front service girl was amazing she was very nice and helped make our check in very quick and was so helpful.

The room was very damp and the staff only left a half a toilet paper roll in our room and we ran out fairly quickly. I asked for more toilet paper for our room and the front desk guy gave me 1 roll. It seemed rather skimpy to only be given 1 roll, plus I had hopped they would bring the TP to my room since I was heading out for the day and didn't have time to run back up to my room.

I love this place i always come with all my family a group of 21 with kids included and they always try to put us together or nearby eachother which i think is very kind of them. I will keep coming here and the lobby smells amazing!

Room 126 phone didn't not work also had to walk to front desk every time i needed something my stay was for three days had to go to front desk for two days to get room clean,phone to work for my room talk to three different staff member finally talk to a supervisor this location staff members do not communicate my advice check your room before you check in
