Lovely tidy and friendly staff, I went here to stay after plastic surgery. Staff were friendly and non judgemental, helpful with bags etc and any further assistance. Our rooms air-conditioning had stopped working 2 days before check out, the engineer came and spent 4 hours and then left and never came back which was disappointing.

A modern, fresh and exceptionally tastefully furnished, spacious and well-equipped room. Delicious breakfast and the convenience of dining in the building. Kind and helpful staff. I have nothing but good things to say about this place! -

The room was comfortable and spacious, and it was thoroughly cleaned, with towels and linens changed every three days. I also appreciated the attention to detail — even the dishes and utensils that I had rinsed and left on the table were washed in the dishwasher. The # button on the safe in my room was not working. I informed reception about the problem and reminded them about it two days later, but unfortunately, it was still not resolved. The hotel is located right next to the train station. If you leave the window open at night, the sound of passing trains can be disturbing. However, with the window closed, the air conditioning is very quiet and works perfectly, so this was not really an issue. One morning, I found a small hair in my salad. Please also note that if you book your room through Booking.com, you cannot earn Marriott Bonvoy points for the stay.

Everything it was beautiful

Location is superb, easy to get in to city center either by train or by trams, very spacious modern apartment with all the facilities, comfortable bed, great kitchen. Shopping center nearby.Everything is very good and clean, better than most 4 star hotels. Great value for money spent. Only improvement needed is that the size of the restaurant could be bigger and breakfast menu could have some more varieties. Nothing

Like location and rooms Breakfast was a bit of a challenge. Not laid out well and not enough space.

We had a very pleasant stay at Element by Marriott Wroclaw. The hotel is modern, very clean and well maintained. Our studio was spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were excellent throughout our stay, friendly, professional and always helpful. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options and good-quality products. Another great bonus is that the hotel offers complimentary bicycles free for guests, which is a lovely way to explore Wroclaw and get around the city. Overall, a great experience and a hotel I would definitely recommend for a stay in Wroclaw. I would happily return. Everything was great and we had a very pleasant experience.

Staff were helpful and friendly, the room was more like a suite with everything you could need for a break away, I was blown away by how nice it was and the bed was very comfortable with lovely linen, If I had to be critical it was hard to know if the popcorn, fruit or tea and coffee were free all day in the foyer, I saw people helping themselves but it would have been nice to have e been told. That is the only negative.

This facility have everything a traveler would like to have, from a large room, to kitchen facility, to self service Laundry, in addition to 24/7 free water/coffee. In addition the location was perfect, in a very modern and clean area, and just 5 minutes walking to tram and train station. Using tram you can reach down town in just 10 minutes beds were too soft/loose

The room is very spacious and comfortable. You can take your plate, or anything for that matter, into the room. Kacper working reception was very friendly, helpful and made the stay that much more enjoyable! A lot of the staff members didn't speak English

I absolutely loved everyting! The staff is really friendly, the room was very clean, equipped with even more than necessary for our stay, good breakfast included. Close to public transport and even though there is a train station nearby it was really quite. Even though it was close to public transport, since I was travelling as a single mom with my 8 years old daughter, it felt kind of unsafe to walk from the tram station to the hotel at evening. The location is somewhere near a train station and a small park and I was a bit anxious to walk to the hotel in the evening when we were coming back from the city center. It felt deserted with no sign of people around. But this might have been only my perception given my personal circumstances.

First of all it is crucial that property is really new. Thanks to this rooms are beautiful, clean and not messy. The stuff is really kind and helpful. The restaurant where breakfast is served is a little too small, because of that sometimes was hard to sit together.

Great location, modern and good breakfast We ran out of toilet paper and asked reception on 3 separate occasions but none was bought up over the last 2 days. Towels were not replaced unless asked. Room was only cleaned when requested.
