Located within the city walls, close to everything. Generous breakfast with great and rotating selection of Chinese as well as Western dishes. Our room and especially bathroom were a little bit worn out, with some unpleasant smells. Bathroom badly needed some refreshment.

Good size room, clean, comfortable. Lots of breakfast options and free washer and drier available. Walk to walled city attractions and a 100 metre walk to Terracotta tour meeting point. Enjoyed my stay here Everything is set up for a good stay, nothing to find fault with

Location was excellent! Breakfast selection was decent, and beds comfortable. Reception needs update, a bit more expensive comparing similar options (which were not available in booking)

The location of the hotel is top-notch. You can access almost all of the central tourist attractions on foot. If you want to visit the terracotta army museum, there is a metro line that gets you to the place right away! The hotel's staff barely speaks English... It's not a big problem since we've been using translation apps and our communication was smooth, but still... It would be really great to have English-speaking staff to resolve any issues momentarily. One more thing. The room we had had windows going out to the next building covered in neon plates + it was a bit noisy, but earplugs were provided to us.

Love the staff, they are super helpful and very reasonable. Staff was also very efficient at the breakfast place cleaning and making tables available. Nice job! The washing machines and dryers are very useful for me, I'm very impressed by the cleanliness of the laundry room and the machines. Guests whom sometimes talk loudly in the corridor. They also bang the door very loudly.

The location is unbeatable, it’s the best thing about this hotel. Near attractions, the subway and also 5min walk from the airport bus stop. Compared to other hotel breakfasts in China, this breakfast was not so good in terms of taste and assortment

One of 2 room has a strong cigarette smell, although the hotel staff said that it was cleaned up, but it did not help. The smell was still terrible. The hotel did not turn on the air con. in both rooms but provided an electric fan. It's not cool and makes poor quality sleeping.

Holiday Inn chain hotel that is worth it for the price. Excellent location and very decent rooms for spending a few days in Xi'an. Also breakfast is included in the price.
