Incredible views of Mt Fuji and the private sauna and tub were exceptionally nice. The staff is hands down some of the most attentive of any place I’ve stayed. My only complaint is we didn’t have more time here.

Dining was in room but breakfast was required in restaurant. They should've been more clear with that.

It’s in between the lake and a perfect view of Mt Fuji right behind! So you have great views all around and lots around you! Easy walk to a 7-11 and the bus stops. N/a

It was everything I’d hoped for when I was looking for a Mt Fuji view. The open air bath, the room and the breakfast were all top notch Was a little pricey but for luxury sometimes you’ll have that

Like they greeted us home with a wonderful Maple muffin and hot tea. They wrote a lovely anniversary note on the sauna and even helped us catch the bus back to Tokyo

The staff were all so nice and helpful. The man up front got us a taxi for a full day of touring the sites we asked about. The view was amazing!

Modern Nordic design, great breakfast, attentive staff, private sauna in the room, hotel is located right next to Yamanakako lake, convenience store walking distance, easy parking we did not miss it but there was no TV in the room.

Very nice staff, we got the deluxe mountain view room and it was amazing! We got a big breakfast, they were kind of similar so maybe if they have a bit more variety of recipes that would be nice. Other than that, everything else was perfect! Amazing view of mount fuji! A bit more variety for breakfast would be nice but other than that, the food was very good!!

Location is superb! Bus station right outside, Lake Yamanaka was relaxing and best yet, Mt. Fuji room view and bath was majestic and is the highlight of our stay. Staff were all friendly and nice. Room space was exceptionally larger than our last trip. Worth every penny! None!
