Anga Yerevan Hotel

Primarily the location because it is just walking distance from the main attractions and restaurants around Yerevan. Hotel staff were helpful and accommodating, especially Maya and the night shift gentleman which I forgot the name. Only one pillow was provided in the room, and 1 throw pillow, though photos show two white pillows even in a single-occupancy room (wishing pillow was more softer) Another thing is that they weren’t checking their mini bar as well, and the majority of the items were already expired. Airport transfer was quite expensive at 13,000 AMD. It’s great for late-night flights’ arrival/departure if you’re afraid to commute alone (like what I did on my first night ). On my way back to the airport, the GG transportation app only cost me 3,200 AMD.

staff were watching the guests all the time , one day when I was about to exit to buy something outside ,the doorman asked me are you checking out ?!! The woman who managing the breakfast monitoring the guests all the time and looks stressed out ! at last night of stay reception asked me are you checking out tomorrow!? what is your room number? the checking out is a 12 ! the room was noisy and I was hearing strange loud voice from the hall and other neighboring rooms, the bathroom voice from next door easily can be heard!

Nothing at all As a frequent travel and again my wish i have to say they should learn how to take care of their customers way better than they do. I request to provide some breakfast before their ridiculous time (8.30-10) to allow me to grab some bite before hiking but looked also annoyed for my request. Reception is very bad and if you are looking good customer service is not the place for you

The quality of the breakfast was poor. There was a lot of smell in the elevator. There was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom and room. We told them they didn't care

Last 2-3 trips in Anga, all safe boxes in room I was staying were not working properly

Big space, clean room, good beds, good A/C. No curtains in the bathroom, water tanks working badly (warm water is not always), water from under the bath is running on the floor. There are no any plates in the kitchen and dish sponge. WiFi isn’t working. And bottle water is only advised in the room for first night stay (for 2 other days we were advised just to use the water from water tank or “go and buy in the bar or in the supermarket”).

The location is very nice, Hotel staff are friendly The bath tab was leaking every time we shower the water comes out and makes all the floor wet, Not recommended to familY

The room did not have a balcony, which is extremely uncomfortable for smokers, including IQOS users. You can smoke in the bar from 12 a.m. to 12 p.m., but otherwise you must smoke outside on the street, which is very uncomfortable.

The location was perfect,you can reach easily by foot all the tourist attractions, Department Store and subway,the bed was comfortable ,nice staff We had a problem with the bathroom coz there's a leak every time we took shower

Very good breakfast Location js good. All sightseeings in a walking distance. Even a metro station nearby if needed.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast with everything you need. Hotel Service was very helpful. Also they have a nice hotel bar. Only the music was a bit too loud for my taste.

Overall everything was fine. The bathroom didn’t provide an impression of being clean. It required deep scrubbing here and there.

The room was small for us, there was no possibility to turn on the air conditioner to cool the room as we wanted, there was no shower, the bathroom was not comfortable. The refrigerator was full of hotel equipment so we could not put our own equipment. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff were nice and helped us with booking taxis and cleaned the room every day and changed towels. The location was good.

Nice hotel, good location, helpful staff. The room was facing to the streets, so it was very noisy, especially at night. We missed the sweet pastries (only cakes were provided) as well as lactosefree/non-diary milk.
