The breakfast was excellent and had a wonderful homemade Armenian feel, which made the experience even more special. We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the staff surprised us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and drinks. It was a very thoughtful gesture that made our stay truly memorable. We really appreciated the hospitality and would be happy to stay here again. NA

All the staff was so helpful and nice throughout our whole stay. The breakfast included everything and was delicious. Everything in the city was in walking distance. The room was a little bit small and we had a feeling that someone once smoked there. The whole hotel was poorly soundproofed so we heard quite much, but the hotel itself was really quiet.

The property is tucked in behind the busy street and for that it is pretty quiet. The staff are amazing and will go out of their way to help out. We enjoyed our stay so much that we kept extending our stay. The breakfast is delish and quite diverse. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The property is well maintained and looked after. We also did not mind the 15 minute walk to Republic Square. The property is well situated and close to nice eateries, promenades and the metro.

Great location, nice and clean room. The breakfast was awesome. The staff were very kind and helpful, they even prepared a 'lunchbox' for us as we had to leave early during the night to the airport. Great experience! Parking is a bit hectic in front of the hotel, but there is a huge parking space nearby (opposite side of the park).

The location is near the park and has nice places to walk, with a lot of good restaurants nearby. The room I got on the 1st floor in the back of the reception is not like the one in the picture.
