Alba Hotel Yerevan

It’s near to the Center, 15-20 minutes of walk. Has small pool. Normal breakfast. Room was a little bit dirty. There are a lot of construction around there and it was very dusty. Only 2 car parking lots and they are occupied 24/7

Very, very friendly staff, more helpful than you could imagine, nice breakfast, clean and comfy rooms, great location to walk into the centre of the city. Absolutely nothing.

They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any request, making our stay even more comfortable.❤️❤️❤️ The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and created a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, which clearly reflects the hard work and dedication of the staff.?Thank you dear Vika? The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and varied. She is very nice lady՝ Armina?? It was a great way to start each day, and the quality of the food added a lot to our overall positive experience.??? Overall, Alba Hotel left a very positive impression. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The staff was very polite, warm and helpful! Special thanxs to Siri and Ermine for making us feel like at home! We had everything needed provided. Tasty breakfast served by Ermine's hands every morning could be enjoyed by the pool with her extraordinary armenian coffee! Siri helped beyond what's expected to my friends packing their bags and assisting them with taxi. The second lady who worked at the reception was also very helpful. Hospitality at the highest level. The sofa bed was a bit hard, but in general everything was perfect.

Friendly situation

Very nice and clean room. Very kind, caring, and helpful hosts. Very delicious breakfast with various items. Also, the lady who prepares the breakfast is so warm and sweet?. Location is 20-30 mins from republic square by walk. However, the hotel is near a metro station which makes access to different parts of Yerevan pretty easy. Additionally, you can get to the US embassy by Yandex in 20-26 mins (700-1000 AMD) and to the airport in 24-30 mins (1300-2500 AMD). Overall, a great place to stay with very kind people. Even the lady responsible for room service is really kind and responsible. It does not have an elevator. However, the stairs are not that much. The breakfast starts at 9 AM which is a bit late. However, they prepared some items for us sooner at 8:30 so we could get to our flight on time. Overall, if they change the breakfast time to early morning, like 7:30 or 8 AM, it becomes a perfect hotel.

I really enjoyed the help and kindness of Sirik, Armina and the other members of the staff. They were so helpful everytime I needed some help or facilities. The rooms are big, immaculate and quiet. Breakfast is amazing and it is in a very calm neighborhood. 1 recommend it 100% ? Nothing

It's a cozy hotel not far from the city center, with friendly, welcoming staff and the best breakfast in Yerevan prepared by lovely Armine. It is an excellent budget option for a stay in the beautiful Armenian capital.

Very pleasant stay! The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and sofa. Breakfasts were tasty and filling — they even made porridge on request, which was a nice touch. We appreciated the attention to details: fresh linens, toiletries, toothbrushes, and an extra blanket upon request. The room was quiet, cleaned regularly, and even had a hygienic shower. The hotel is located in a charming old mansion with a wooden staircase — very atmospheric. The staff was kind and welcoming. The shower head needs repair, and the drain could use some cleaning. Hopefully, the management will address this.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at alba hotel and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel's location was also a huge plus, conveniently situated near metro. The hosts are such friendly and helpful people! We had to leave early in the morning, and the cook came earlier so we could have breakfast, and the food was just amazing! Recommended!

It felt like home. It was cozy and clean. The location was kind of hidden.

We were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much bother and all the staff were professional, kind and helpful. By the time we left we felt that we had made new friends and have resolved to visit again in the summer.

close to downtown and not touristy location. This nice small affordable hotel is a gem located close to downtown, hidden behind the park. Very safe location, ok for woman to walk alone in the middle if night and enjoy the capital that never sleeps. ... The WIFI is great , amenities were always tidy, everything worked in the room as it was supposed to. Breakfast from 9 - 11 was delicious with plenty of varieties of warm and cold dishes, local cheeses, fruits, etc. all fresh. The homemade preserves were made by staff. Very yummy!! Grocery and metro is 2 min. to walk. Cannot praise enough the wonderful ladies who worked there daily, Vicki Armnineh, Sirik, Anahit -- attentive, sweet, professional, quick on their feet. By the second day they will know guests by their name. I would stay at Alba hotel again. I wish I could share here the video about the breakfast...
