Avenue 30 Hotel

This is a very nice property in the center of Yerevan. Everything is on hand and easy to walk to. Staff, breakfast and accommodation are all excellent.

So central and convenient for walking! Smoking in rooms adjacent to ours.

Spacious room, very clean everywhere, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, good breakfast, exceptionally helpful and kind staff. I was very satisfied with Hotel Avenue 30. No problems.

People, tidiness, location!

I liked the location and the tiny balcony my room had on the ground floor. The reception staff called me while I was out exploring the city to demand I return and confirm payment, an unnecessary and insulting gesture. When I came back, they proceeded to charge me three times, and the concierge's stubborn refusal to handle the dispute graciously soured the experience from the very start. To top it off, the in-room safe was completely non-functional.

Clean rooms, very friendly stuff, highly recommended

Great location — very close to everything, including cafés and restaurants. You can walk everywhere in the city from here. The staff were really friendly, and we found everything we expected. They always handled our problems with great attention. One of the best places in Yerevan. (Just a note: there is no bidet in the toilets, for travelers who may be looking for one.)

The hotel is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get anywhere. Despite being central, it was always very quiet since the building is set behind residential houses N/a

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Avenue 30 and truly enjoyed every moment. The location is beautiful and very convenient, close to the city center, making it easy to explore Yerevan on foot. The food was outstanding and very vegetarian-friendly. A special thank you to the lady from the kitchen who personally made sure we always had delicious vegetarian options. This care and attention meant a lot to us. The reception staff were also wonderful: kind, welcoming and always ready to help. Our room was clean, cozy and warm, which made the stay especially comfortable. Everything felt well taken care of, and the atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. On our last day, the shower water was cold, so we ended up having a cold shower. It may have been a temporary malfunction and we didn’t ask about it at the time. Honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Other than that, everything was superb. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Avenue 30 to anyone visiting Yerevan.

Spring mattress was not comfortable and caused me a bad night

This is a quiet and cozy boutique hotel, perfectly situated right in the heart of Yerevan yet offering a peaceful escape from the city bustle. The homemade breakfasts are absolutely wonderful.

We loved the hotel’s fantastic location right in the lively city center—everything was easily accessible, and the atmosphere was great. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.
