Super staff, good breakfast, not bad location about 10 min to the city centre

Thin walls, thin windows. Noisy and you can hear everything. Street sounds and what is happening in near rooms.

Breakfast was good with options and the room is clean with nice balcony view. Also, they refill the water every day. You can also book massage at extra cost. The food were cold when we got there and no labels - that should be included so people knows in case of allergies. The AC wasn't working when we stayed but maybe this is due to the cold season but I think guest should be able to decide on if they want the AC on or not.

Staff in the restaurant was unfriendly, and I found the staff in the foyer overbearing. Not everyone wants their suitcase carried for them, and you should ask first before taking my stuff from me. I got so distracted and overwhelmed that I forgot some of the things I was carrying because they interfered in my system without asking me if I wanted that. As a young woman, I did not feel respected in my autonomy. Another issue was the restaurant, the food I ordered had unmelted pieces of butter inside and seemed to have been prepared half-heartedly

I was checked in at 4 pm instead of 2, room wasn’t clean, carpet was dirty, breakfast is very poor choice of food.

We enjoyed our stay: great breakfast with diversity of food and drinks, comfy quiet room, indoor pool, sauna + the best location. Thank you for your work! Shall the man jump into the swimming pool right after sauna? I think it's not hygienic. A few persons did this in front of me and if this is not the way it should be, maybe it's reasonable to hang a few notes at the pool area entrance, that you should take a shower after sauna? Also I felt a lack of hair conditioner in the room. Not a big deal, just I usually see it in the hotels. Having a hot chocolate\cacao during breakfast would be wonderful (I didn't see it in the coffee machine)

the hotel has perfect location, nice view to Ararat from the restaurant, SPA is very nice, everything was very clean and staff very friendly. We enjoyed every moment. We had a noise of running water in our room, to which we got used to at the end.

Breakfast was great, the location is quite and near the centre of Yerevan. SPA is nice, there is a hammam and a steam room/banya, it is allowed to pour water on the heater. Hammam was a bit cold, but the steam room is great, especially when you rise humidity. The pool is great and has a Jacuzzi. Personal are charming, everything was ideal, nothing to add. The room is quite and spacious, air outside of a window is fresh, bathroom is large and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable and our backs well rested after the trip to Armenia. Cables behind the TV were a bit of a mess and burdened the room's aesthetics, nothing else I have to add.
