Excellent position. Although it is right in the city center, it offered a very lovely shaded courtyard. It is in a small side street, which was really convenient since taxis could easily stop right in front of it. Breakfast was home cooked and very good! Coffee always available is also a plus.

The hotel managers kept in touch with me as soon as I booked, double-checked all details, and provided contact details for communication (WhatsApp) The manager welcomed me at the door and provided detailed information about the hotel surroundings. They also provided a map of the city center marking all key places I would need. I didn't have more time to stay there.

My sister and I loved staying here - it's a family run place and you are treated like you're staying with family. It had a great location for exploring the city centre, we liked that breakfast each day was always a little different, and Alex the manager was really helpful with helping us book taxis etc. We would use this hotel again next time we come to Yerevan We had no issues - very good value for the location. The breakfast starts at 9am, but if you wake up early there are 2 super bakeries and a cute coffee van right outside so this wasn't any issue

This is not a standard hotel experience like you might expect. It’s a family-run place, which really gives it its unique charm. If you’re looking to experience genuine Armenian hospitality, homemade food, and even a touch of culture (the owner sometimes plays piano), I would definitely recommend staying here. Another highlight is the location—it’s right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to most of Yerevan’s main attractions.

Everything was great. Great staff Alex and Artur. Good breakfast, clean room, beautiful and cute hotel. It was cold but AC was good. There is a kitchen available with all necessary tools. Definitely will stay there again if I go back to Yerevan. Location also great, near the opera and theater and the cascade. There is also a working space near you can work from there if you are a remote worker. All good. Just sometimes water turns cold in shower for a minute but it wasn't annoying.

From the very first moment, you feel at home. We received a room upgrade, and all facilities were thoughtfully provided and perfectly arranged. The room was exceptionally cozy and comfortable. Both the house and the dining area are beautifully styled with great attention to detail, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Special thanks to Alexander — an incredibly welcoming, attentive, and caring host. The location is perfect: just a five-minute walk to the city center and the opera house, with a supermarket right nearby. At the same time, the inner courtyard is very quiet, with no city noise at all. Highly recommended — we will definitely return.

The facilities were top-notch — from the nice small pool to the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of fresh options. What stood out the most was the exceptional service: every team member was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my short (only one night) stay memorable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to cafes and restaurants. Hotel was excellent. Emma, Artur and Alex were all very helpful and courteous. It was quiet where it was located yet just minutes from all the local amenities. Breakfast times were great as they went until 11am which suited us after a couple of very late nights. We booked our taxi's and tours with the hotel and had no complaints at all. The hotel has a very relaxing out door area We were very happy with what we got. There wasn't anything that disappointed us.

We had a great time in this beautiful family hotel. Alex the manager was very kind, he suggested places to visit, arranged our pickup from the airport & our transport to Tblisi. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast every day. The ventilator in the bathroom was very loud.

We had a great stay at this family-run hotel in Yerevan. The location couldn’t be more central, the room was new, very big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared every morning - a mix of local dishes and international classics. We generally love supporting small businesses and connecting with the places we visit through accommodations like this one and it was an excellent choice in Armenia. The place is very authentic, tastefully decorated and charming. It was also great value for money. The host (Alex) is very kind and helpful, they provided airport transfers, help with directions, recommendations, amenities and even a lovely departure gift. They can also arrange day tours but we didn’t use this service on this occasion. We would definitely choose staying at this hotel again!! Noting
