The shower head was broken, which left us with almost no water pressure. It technically worked, but it was hard to use.

It was in the center of the city, good place to stay, near to all attractions, room was cosy and clean, breakfast was good Nothing to mention
-
The place is very accessible, very close to everything. The space of my room is also good and very clean and quiet

In the night we could hear rats moving above. The lady at reception speaks poor english, barely smiled. I had to pay 15 euro for early check in.

Amazing location right in the middle of the city. A little strange when you’re driving up to it but it’s location on the bottom floor of an apartment building. Extremely clean and very good breakfast with delicious cherries. Staff were wonderful and very friendly.

The ladies from the reception were amazing. Even though they didn't know English, they did their best to accommodate us just like being home. The room was small but it had everything you need - 2 bottles of water (every day), cattle, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste... The hotel location was perfect, 10/10 - close to everything worth seeing in Yerevan. Overall, value for money 10/10! The rooms are on a basement level. So, you have cars parking literally above your head. It's also a bit noisy when people are passing around, if you have the windows open. However, we've read this from previous reviews while booking, so we were prepared beforehand :) Summary - If you are sensitive to noise, take some earplugs. This is the only reason we are giving 9/10 as general rating for the hotel.

We chose this hotel because of the price and the place. It's close to restaurants, museums and the main city attractions. Breakfast was OK, we were asked what we would like to eat and as we don't have high demands it was quite enough with porridge, scrambled eggs and sandwiches. Yet, it was a pity we didn't get any vegetables or fruit. Wi-fi was good enough. The beds were big and comfortable. The room was quite tiny, we had hardly place for our suitcases (we had 2 bigger suitcases and 2 rucksacks). In the first room, the window was just over the bed so it was uncomfortable to sleep there. Yet, the personal let us change the room and in the second one we didn't have any problems. The biggest problem was sockets. Hardly any close to the beds, so it was difficult to charge our devices.

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. I want to make a special note about the staff - they were super nice, helpful, accommodating. Nice breakfast too. The only thing is that the room is below street level and we were not comfortable opening windows to let fresh air in. Also our room was pretty small though for a short stay it’s fine, for longer stay it got a little crowded and we missed a table because there was a kettle and we felt like some tea in the evening. Still I would recommend this hotel.

The location is very convenient, almost in the center: very clean and the staff the best !

Location They did not accommodate us - there were no available rooms. Although we discussed the check-in options in advance

The location was nice n few cleaning staff were quite polite n night shift last at reception was good The lady sitting at reception with blonde hair was the worst. From the time we checked in, she had a problem. We were 2 families with kids booked 2 rooms, asked for extra bed while booking which was agreed but when we checked in she refused. She even stated the room is not available at first where as we reached after 5pm. She kept whining about the earlier staff n such. Later she kept bothering is while we were going in n out of room for the trip. If a 2yr old holds the glass of door instead of handle, she gets pissed off for the hand marks which we cleaned. She actually kept disappointing out day everytime we happened to see her. Rest all staff were extremely polite n helpful n understanding though there was a language barrier

There was no remote controller for the air-conditioner. So, we had to open the windows but the noise outside disturb us

Everything was handy and properly equipped. Accessible location. Because of the venue and staff capacity, I had to wait for a table and breakfast served.
