The hotel advertised free breakfast, but during my 10-night stay I was never served breakfast even once. The woman in charge of the kitchen was extremely rude. She told me to fill the kettle with water from the bathroom and treated us in a disrespectful and discriminatory manner. The room we were given had a broken shower for most of our stay. During our 10 nights, the shower only worked properly for the last two nights. We had to insist repeatedly before it was finally repaired. Even then, the shower drain was clogged, making it very unpleasant to use. On the eighth day, when I wanted to take a shower, they decided to fill the swimming pool, which caused the water pressure to become so low that I couldn't shower until the ninth day. The room had no window and was on the second floor. There was no air conditioning or ventilation system. The room felt like a sauna, and I could not sleep comfortably because of the heat. The entire hotel had only one washing machine for all the rooms. We used it once, and when we returned, someone had touched our clothes and thrown them on the floor. This was extremely disrespectful. We never used the swimming pool because the hotel owner's young children were always using it, and we did not feel the pool was clean. The children constantly screamed, and nobody ever asked them to be quiet. There were tables beside the pool where guests could eat breakfast that they had paid for themselves (not complimentary). The children kept diving into the pool and splashing water all over our food. There was no hand soap provided. There were no tissues in the room. When we tried to use the tissue box placed on a shared table, we were met with rude and aggressive behavior.

I like the place but the staffs are not friendly The visitors is not allowed even for an hour and that is very annoying

The location is the biggest problem. It's located on a busy road with bunch of car repair shops and hardware stores. Even though it is possible to walk to the center to the city from the hotel the walk is not pleasant at all, especially in a summer heat. The fact that this location is behind the major stadium is not helping - the neighborhood is way too industrial. The room was ran down, the closet had broken shelves and sketchy blankets in it. There was an active construction going on on premises. There was a bunch of dog hair in the lobby on the floor, which was a turn off.

Cleaning, location,staff were perfect Maybe better wifi would be nice

The staff is great and welcoming. Will make you feel like you're at home. Fast internet with access to all the amenities the premise offers. All was good

The hotel has a very beautiful and green courtyard, which creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. It’s a great place to sit, spend time, and enjoy moments with friends or other guests. The price is quite reasonable considering its location, making it a good budget-friendly option in Yerevan. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, which is convenient if you enjoy walking and exploring the city. The rooms were clean, and overall the hotel environment was tidy and comfortable. In general, it’s a nice place to stay, especially if you’re looking for something affordable with a friendly vibe, and I would recommend it ?

Everything was great. The hotel was new and everything in it is great. The staff was friendly they helped me a lot. They have a beautiful yard and and great pool with fresh water and clean. I recommend you to come to this hotel.

it was 30 minutes walking to the city center and public transportation was very close. the bed sheets smelled clean (like chlorine), we booked two rooms and one of them had hot water and was very hot inside (the other not), we were offered slippers. Good price. When we arrived there was no one at the reception, but there is a phone number we called and someone came in a few minutes. One room had a refrigerator. we booked two rooms, they weren't clean at all, there were hairs on the floor and also on the towels as well as spider web on the ceilings. One of the rooms was very cold and the water was rather luke warm. one room had a dirty mug left inside. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything, the guests were also pretty noisy. Some of the mattresses creaked. There was no hairdryer. There was some mold on the corners in the shower. The rooms weren't cleaned for the three nights we stayed there. Wi-fi didn't work (it just said connected without internet).

Tiny room(10sq m my estimate), no window(there small one into corridor where all night shining light you cant turn off), no sound insulation. Clogged drain in the shower. Soap was not provided, as well as blanket, has to ask for it. Also had to ask about password for wifi. For 5 nights it was never cleaned. There no ppl at reception, you have to find him in the area. Very cheap mattress and pillows

Extremely uncomfortable beds

15-20 minute walk to the city Pool area is okay to chill - The room literally had a window that people in the hall could look straight through. No privacy. No curtain - THIS IS CRAZY, & having now checked previous comments they have made no attempt to add one. If anyone in the hall turns the light on at 2am, the light shines through all night. Plus you hear everything. - Cold owners (the men at least), didn't seem very welcoming at all (which is not representative of the Armenians, they are lovely people). Only smiled once left. - Room not clean, bugs splattered on the wall, hair on the sheets, hair in the shower drain, bed uncomfy. I have all the photos but people have already put these up in other comments.

It was very dirty and bad. They charged me more money and treated me badly.

Everything was great. I liked beautiful yard next to the pool with family atmosphere. You can enjoy your rest in this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay a lot in Red Hotel yerevan. Everything was great clean comfortable room with great staff delicious breakfast and enjoyable pool with a yard.

It was so hard to communicate in English, only one guy speaks English and was not at the time of Check in.

The staff was very nice. The WiFi was weak in the room.
