I stayed here last year as well, and I felt the breakfast was better back then. This time it was okay, but not as good as I remembered. The hotel is also starting to show its age and could benefit from renovations, especially in the bathrooms. Overall, it’s still a good place to stay because of its fantastic location and helpful staff, but some updates would definitely improve the experience.

Located in a great place, where it's always alive and beautiful, easy access to markets like SAS, Zovq and City, a few minutes walk to the beautiful 4 seasons and zeytuna parks and restaurants. Rooms door lock where not safe and sometimes not working, safe box was not working, breakfast was very medium and since not included in our room, you can definitely eat a better and yet cheaper meal in very close places like DOC or Jazzve in Tumanyan. Staff were very much sensitive on any balance and reminding you in every possible occasion with excuse of 'This is Hotel Policy"!

Worst experience ever, we arrived at 1:30 PM and yet the room wasn’t ready even though they had other rooms to fill, eventually after delays we got a room in lobby which was shocking to me! First time ever in my life that ive got a room in lobby, whatever i was asking receptionist would reject including a normal hot water and when i insisted to check the restaurant they easily gave it to me, lack of facilities and more to say…

Everything was amazing. It is a truly wonderful hotel. I was more than happy with our stay. My family traveled there, and I would like to say thank you so much. I am very glad we chose this hotel and truly enjoyed our experience.
