Sphera by Stellar Hotels, Yerevan

The location was within walking distance of a metro station to reach downtown. Grocery shops & fruits shops were very close to the hotel. We had preordered breakfast, but the selection and food quality were very poor. The server was unprofessional, failing to open the breakfast area on time and have the food ready for early guests. Since we had early trips, we were unable to have breakfast because she could not prepare fried eggs, and the coffee was not ready. Additionally, the quality of the coffee was quite low.

The minibar was there, it was stinking and not working basically there was no fridge there. I asked reception they replied that its not included thats why. Also everything was very limited for example for wine it was just one for red wine and one for white

Suit was good , big and required facility was available. As a Four Star Hotel, breakfast was very poor and it looks was under staff. complementary water and tea bag supply was poor. Coffee Machine did not work properly.

The beds were very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast was decent, though the supply was sometimes inconsistent for instance, they ran out of milk on one of the days Unfortunately, the sound insulation is lacking. We heard every movement in the corridor, and the street traffic is quite loud. Furthermore, the air conditioning system was noisy yet ineffective. It appeared that the central cooling wasn't activated, leaving the unit to function only as a basic fan.

Decent size When I arrived the room smelled like cigarette, and the air conditioning wasn’t working. So I had to sleep the windows open, and couldn’t sleep because of the car noises since I had to sleep my windows open.

Proximity to town centre Cleanliness Room was 27 degrees Celsius because overheating system in the whole hotel. A/C not functioning at that time of the year as I was told. Staff recommended to open the window, which did not cool down the room and added high car traffic noise in the room. Fortunately the staff brought a fan which helped a little. Not sure why they overheat the hotel like this. Please spare the planet... Breakfast contrary to finger licking pictures displayed in the elevator which showed croissants, and pastries and a lot of optons, is actually very basic, dairies and cheeses are displayed without any cooling for hours. Jam and honey looked dry as if they had been there for centuries. Too expensive for the variety and quality offered.

The AC in room wasn’t working properly

6 minutes from underground station. Grocery across street. Places to eat close. Breakfast. Comfortable bed and great water pressure. Scales in room to weigh bag b4 travel. AC not available in March and opening window didn't cool room for hot flashes. Why give cereal selection and not provide milk.

Everything Nothing

The hotel was clean and overall well maintained. The staff were polite and the general atmosphere was comfortable. Aside from a few points, the rest of the experience was good. For me personally, the main downside was that the hotel does not have a café or restaurant operating during the day or evening. I usually prefer staying at hotels where I can go to the café at any time and order coffee or a light meal. Unfortunately, there were no facilities of this kind available, so in that sense it felt more like just a place to sleep rather than a full-service hotel.

The location is 7 min to republic square the staff is more than super they are so kind and smiling and the guy who take our bags so so so so kind he deserves a special comment because of his kindness the room is super modern size us huge the view street view so peaceful the window u can the whole window will bd same a balcony i recommend this hotel the price is super also thanks sphera for this top 1000 stats service one more thing for arab people there’s shataf in the bathroom Nothing the hotel is 10000/10
