Large family room, gorgeously decorated with plenty of cupboard space. Daily tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolates… even quilted toilet paper in the loo! Very friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to makes us feel comfortable and welcome.

Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We asked for a 2nd fan, which was provided. Instructions were clear for entering the building late at night. Given plenty of information about the area too. Also, you have a parking space included in hotel stay, otherwise could be very expensive if having to pay on top. Bonus :) Nothing

The location was good about a fifteen minute walk to the centre of York. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and was cooked fresh. The management and the cleaning staff were excellent nothing to much trouble for them Nothing
