The hotel has a serene and comfortable environment, and the Japanese-style tatami room is very relaxing. It’s located close to Lake Kinrin, and you can easily reach the nearby streets right after stepping out of the hotel. The staff are professional and friendly, making you feel truly welcomed. Both dinner and breakfast are delicious.

The food was absolutely amazing, and the room layout was thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. Having two bathrooms made the stay even more convenient, and the private onsen was an incredible bonus that made the experience feel luxurious and relaxing. The mini fridge was also fully stocked with a variety of drinks, including beer, all complimentary, which was a thoughtful and unexpected touch. I was a bit unsure about whether dinner was meant to be served in our room or at the restaurant, which caused some minor confusion. Aside from that small detail, there really wasn’t anything else to dislike about the experience.

Beautiful facility with equally beautiful people who truly love what they do. The room was gorgeous, dinner and breakfast were truly spectacular.

The private bath is wonderful. It is an exceptionally comfortable room. The location is close to Kinrin Lake. We unfortunately visited on the day that the hotel’s restaurant is closed, but the staff is extremely helpful and helped us book another nearby restaurant in advance. No international TV channels. Dated TV model without Chromecast/Airplay support.

The staff are welcoming and nice, and the every corner of the hotel is super clean, well-maintained, and authentic. We love the breakfast and the hot spring area. When it’s around 9 am there are a lot of staff beginning cleaning up the hotel, while we haven’t even check-out, and causing many noises from upper floor (especially it’s an old wooden house so the sound proof is really bad). Maybe you could do the cleaning after guests check out, or we can not really enjoy the morning time.

I really like the location, the shuttle van、The room is very spacious, comfortable and bright The service staff are also very friendly, The room and bathroom are very clean, and the entire public area is also very clean and beautifully maintained. The presentation of the food is just like a regular high-end restaurant. The presentation is very good. The ingredients are not so diverse, and a few dishes have ordinary taste and are not so delicious.
