Not too far from the village and a nice place to take walks from. Breakfast and dinner buffet isn’t glamorous but it is good and fun. Easy parking. Nothing negative to report.
-
The toilet space in the room is very tight.
-
near train station 5 min walk only, near village that we visited expensive

The facilities were great and I loved the onsen. Additionally, the staff were really friendly and helpful. We opted for the buffer dinner and the food was amazing.
-
The spacious room with toilets and the wide spread of the dinner buffet. Love the shop that sells nice clothing there too. Hope to see more variety of food for the breakfast and hope hotel can provide shutter pick up from train station and to the floral village that area

All you can drink! Free snack! Food less variety! Onsen area a bit old!

Enjoyed the vintage charm of the rooms. Food was pretty good for a buffet, including wagyu and crab legs. Outdoor bath with the view was great. Stained carpet and worn finishings. Furniture in room could be more intentional.

Staffs are kind Too old facility

onsen with fantastic mountain view. breakfast was buffet style, there were many choices of food. Kid love the self-made cotton candy and chocolate fountain. room with open canal and mountain view.

The room is large. There’s outdoor public onsen which is decent. Pretty pricey but I couldn’t find any other hotel that weekend, unfortunately. The smell on the hallway. The carpets needs replacing. The hotel needs renovation in my opinion. The checkout time is very strict—I was there with 3 kids and a baby so we’re not as fast as we would like to be. They called us 2x and said we were “very late”. That’s 30 mins. Myb it’s a Japanese thing.
