The location, the staff that made breakfast, and the room itself Couldn't put TV on and there was a lot of noise outside

The TV was too quiet. I respect that we don’t need to be disturbing the other guests, but it was very quiet. We could barely hear it.

Property is old dark and very basic. The breakfast was poor.

Location First day had to have breakfast in a coach because all tables were taken and the lady that had to take care of the breakfast was doing other things instead of helping... second day was better. But coffee there was terrible, had to go out for a real coffee (espresso and cappuccino).

Location When we arrived, our room was occupied by another guest. We had to wait outside while the staff tried to figure it out. All remote because no one was in the appartments. We had planned on washing our clothes nearby but by the time we had a room, all places were closed. The place had washing machines but they had no intention of letting us use it even though we had been delayed because of them. Additionally, in the pictures of the appartments they show a washing and drying machine. We would have expected more hospitability from their part. Keep in mind there is no room cleaning.

The TV never worked. Contacted the facility twice they said they will send someone to fix it , they never did . Also when I asked them if I can bide the washer and dryer they said yes and then no and then yes and then no. It’s like many people not communicating answering the messaging system. Conveniently located Room was relatively small with twin beds only. Barely any staff around to ask questions or provide assistance.

Location of property. The property is centrally located, but it's on a pedestrian-only street, so you’ll need to carry your luggage several meters. Then, be prepared to haul it up to a high second floor—there’s no lift, and the building includes a mezzanine, making the climb even tougher. The entrance door at street level stays open during the day, which doesn’t feel very secure. We could also hear noise from the street during the night. Inside, other guests were noisy in shared areas and walked around in pyjamas, which felt inappropriate.

Amazing location! Just in the center and walking distance from train station. Also is easy to arrive by bus from the airport The guy from the staff in Friday was incredibly attentive and nice, he really cared on putting breakfast nice and fill everything when it was ended, including coffee, yogurt and clean glasses :). While the staff on Saturday and Sunday were nice too, they didn't take much care about the breakfast and there weren't plates available or coffee.

Location There are 50 rough steps without a light in the staircase. AC did not work. Shower was laden with mold. Breakfast was awfully low quality. Coffee was the worst ever. Bread was white soft dough. The cured meat was the lowest tasteless quality you will ever find.

Great location, great staff of one, clean and large rooms. Folks, this is a spartan experience at best. If you can imagine a means for a hotel to skimp, you'll find it here. Not saying it's bad, but I can't recommend it - it's a 2.5 to 3 star hotel advertising as something more. Caveat emptor.

Location is excellent, being 2 minutes from the main square. It's a nice walk around a pleasant and compact city. Currently most museums are closed, along with many buildings in the city due to ongoing renovation works following the December '20 earthquake.
