No A/C’s in the rooms, gets really hot at night during the summer. Rooftop pool and spa was closed for “summer break.” Didn’t even get discount but overall everything else was good

The staff here are the making of the Hotel and it is true what the other reviewers say ! I picked this Hotel because of the friendly atmosphere in other reviews as I was coming to apartment hunt in Zurich. Anna Lena, Leo and Karim were all especially lovely and went the extra mile to make my mam and I feel welcome in Zurich , making our first time in Zurich really special ! Huge thanks to them for all their advice on apartments in Zurich - so appreciated ! Nothing
