The staff was very helpful to us. They accomodated our wishes It's not your fault. I would have preferred to be closer to the city center but the tram system is easy and reliable.

I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the cleanliness at Engimatt City & Garden Hotel — both were truly excellent. But a few things really took away from the experience: the breakfast was extremely basic for a hotel in this category, the work desk in the room didn’t even have a chair, and the TV was strangely installed facing the bathroom instead of the bed. These details made the stay feel less comfortable than it should have been.

The room temperature was fixed at 21 degrees Celsius, which we couldn’t manually change. It felt kinda cold for us. However Mr.Anastasiadis provided it us immediately with a portable heater that solved the issue.
