The breakfast It was too hot and they didn’t have Ac , it was so uncomfortable, we couldn’t sleep

Nothing Bed bugs and the staff didn't offer a solution so we did not stay but had to pay anyways

Front desk man was very kind. Went to sister property for us to grab us a cup of ice. No ac. We did not think about that when we booked a lay over in Switzerland in the middle of summer, but that was our fault. Very warm in the room but was given a fan and windows opened.

Location and breakfast. Absolutely no attempt to cool the room. Curtains open. An airblade thing which was poorly maintained and too loud and dusty to sleep.

Good location, decent breakfast It was so hot and fan was not working properly, it was missing front cover. I was told that fan will be replaced but they didnt. The internet also didnt work.

The property is close to the station and bus stations. Close to hotels and grocery stores. The hotel rooms needed air conditioners during summers

It's near the train station, staff were polite. There is no aircon. I went there when there was a heatwave and it was difficult to sleep. Even with the windows open there wasn't any wind coming in. It was dry heat. There was a fan but did not help much. The power of the fan did not feel like it was already at the maximum. One floor tile was coming off. Also, at the middle of the night, somebody else was given access to my room which I led to my access card not working and the door not locking until it was sorted the next day.

The “Comfort Double Room” was completely unsuitable for high temperatures (~33°C), although they did bring a second fan, which did not offer anything, just like the first one. The room was anything but comfortable for 2 persons - its layout was only for 1 person and did not seem to be 18 sq m, as it stated. There was no second set of towels and we had to ask for it. The ventilation in the toilet did not work, resulting in moisture accumulating and there were not even plastic glasses. This was the first time an online booking has been so disappointing, as it was the worst thing we have ever experienced in a room. Even though we had paid for 2 hights, we left after the 1st night, as we were sleepless from the heat. To be sure that we would find a room with air conditioning -and that we would not be misled by a simple fan like in this hotel- we checked the accommodations in the surrounding area ourselves and found an excellent room for about the same price and in a much better location.

Convenience...close to the train station. It was sort of outdated. Parts of it were clean and nice but other parts needed some updating.

Location At 27C outside there was not enough ventilation from the window and would probably recommend they provide a fan. Its also expensive for what it is but that's Switzerland for you.

location to banhof, excellent breakfast, spacious room bathtub was deep to get into for shower…could use handicap grips.
