ordered flowers for the room with were damaged room was very distant from reception shower was damaged minibar was not replenished each day was locked out of my room on the evening before departure, with no warning, and asked to pay my incidentals bill before they reactivated the key, because I was departing at noon the next day!!!!! Terrible customer service.
