I had an excellent stay at EMA House Hotel Suites in Zurich. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and located in a safe and beautiful area. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, especially the kitchen which was very convenient for a longer stay. The staff were kind, professional, and always welcoming. The location is great with easy access to the tram and Zurich city center. I truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the high level of comfort. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zurich.

The staff (the people are really nice), the comfort, the quietness, the spaciousness of the room (depends on the room, of course) and the relative privacy (good sound isolation, etc.). The breakfast option is not bad, but overall rather weird. Very limited amount of choices + rather average quality, has to be decided in advance, brought by the room service (which is, in turn, nice), so it's hard to appreciate it, especially during rather short stay. The location of the hotel - and I'd like to stress, that the hotel itself & the staff has, obviously, absolutely nothing to do with it - is a pure dump. Zurich as a town is already massively overrated, but this particular corner is worse than Paris and New York at night combined. Extreme proximity to (former) Platzspitz - for those, who know. Drug dealers, clouds of marijuana + LOTS of undesirable characters around.

Rooms were very spacious. Location was great, about a 10 min walk to Old Town. Nice quiet area.

The rooms and beds are great, very spacious. Location is good. Clean rooms. Breakfast is excellent, we loved the vibe of having breakfast in our room. Kitchen has very limited stuff to use, everything is locked.

staff, friendly and helpful, lots of space in unit, simple, check-in, bathroom BIG, would definitely stay again. Cabinets were locked in kitchen, so did not have access to glassware

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable with a good city view. The fact that you pay to stay in a suite with a kitchen and they lock the dishes and cutlery cabinets.

Beautiful hotel and very spacious. They locked the cabinets and we had to be granted access to cutlery and dishes.

The only downside was the shower curtain, which felt outdated and caused water to spill on the floor, so we had to wipe it after every shower. The breakfast options were very limited and the same each morning. After three days, it became quite repetitive.

It was amazing. So clean so nicely decorated beautiful aesthetic. Fresh. Great location. Lovely breakfast spread. The amenities all included were great. Everything was ready for us and the extra bed made upon arrival. Plz make sure you clarify the age of your children before you go as that impacts the rate. I had to pay a bit extra upon arrival. But apart from that the property itself I have nothing bad to say! Perhaps they can consider adding Netflix to the Tv.

Nice spacious apartment , good facilities inside , had a washing machine which was convenient , staff were friendly and nice Sofa bed not bery comfortable , shower in bedroom no door so not very convenient and private, window on balcony does not close full , so the light comes in the morning
