The location, and the receptionist was really kind! The restroom curtain was moldy, and there were ants in the room!! In my bed!!

Spacious rooms, great and friendly staff, very good location. The kitchen in the room had no glasses and no cutlery. Also the Air conditioning was not working properly.

I've been staying at the Krone for over 45 years now, dating back from when I was working in Zurich in the early 80s. It's been great to see it become very modernized over the decades. It's quite clean and comfortable and very convenient to the center of the city, being only a km or so away from Central and ETH, and right on the tram line. Staff are always wonderful here, and the parking is very convenient too, plus the restaurant has gotten even better over the years. Great value for Zurich as well. Our room had decent AC too. Nothing really. Our room was a little small for 3, but it worked out fine, so no complaints there!

Clean and smooth running hotel. I liked the bed that was hard. The AC is a bit loud and makes some sudden noises.

위치도 중앙역에서 걸어서 15-20분정도로 가깝고, 트램도 바로 앞에 다녀서 여행하면서 지내기 편해요. 호텔 객실 내에 제공되는 커피포트가 고장나 있었어요ㅜㅜ 그래서 커피도 못마시고… 좀 아쉬웠습니다

Excellent big room, nice big shower and bathroom. Location perfect - either a 10 minute tram ride or 20-25 minute walk from the main train station. Friendly staff, nice clean room, fast WiFi. Overall great experience and would recommend.

location: cleanness; general comfort; car parking; good wifi. some flaws already experieced and remarked after previous stays: no intrnational (not to say italian) tv channels; lack of shelfs in the bathroom. some specific for this stay: frigobar not working; light beside bed not working; found used tea-bags in the kettle drawer. worst of all, the attitude of staff: no apologies and the statement "it happens!" a really disappointing experience.

Sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer mit allem, was man benötigt - Wasserkocher, Bügeleisen, Kühlschrank, sogar einen Regenschirm. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, und direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, also, alles war sehr leicht zu erreichen. Ich habe ein Zimmer im hinteren Teil des Hotels bekommen, also, es gab keinen Lärm und ich konnte gut schlafen. Sehr nettes Team. Das Frühstücksangebot könnte ein bisschen abwechslungsreicher sein. Sonst war alles perfekt!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was small but it had everything I needed, in particular it had the air conditioning which was crucially impotent. The breakfast was also very nice.
